The food is not as good as it used to be. A clean restaurant.
Sometimes you have to wait too long for the order. Not really worth $15 for a medium combo.

I ordered online but when I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they were out of what I wanted. I was really disappointed. I ordered another sandwich which took 15 minutes for me to get it was good. They make good subs but when you have your heart set on a particular item, it’s a little disappointing. firehouse chain is always good. I will go back.

This is a good Firehouse. My food was well-prepared and as delicious as always. An employee came around the check on us and to straighten up the chairs. It was clean.

This makes the third time and last time I'll ever order from this Firehouse Subs. The last two times I ordered from them, they forgot my drink and chips and also gave me a sandwich with toppings I did not order. I ordered today, crossing my fingers that they would get it right. I ordered a veggie without mayo (allergy), without tomato (also an allergy), add olives, add banana peppers, add jalapenos, no mushrooms and guess what, guess what I got for the third time? Covered in mayo, tomatoes, mushrooms, no extra toppings. I can't eat the sandwich. I'm stuck at work hungry because whomever they employee are incapable of reading. It's very unfortunate because I'll never have anything good to say about them now and I'll never order from them again but on top of that, I'll go another day hungry at work after spending $23 on something I can't even eat. I'm extremely frustrated.
Food was good, service was slow, there were no diet drinks available. There was no tea, sweetened or unsweetened. Bathroom was filthy and no paper towels. One of the workers was on his phone outside sitting on one of the tables when we left. It’s been a while since we had been there but it’s always been clean before. Not sure if maybe it’s changed ownership or what.

0pm talked to a real person order was wrong an when I told them no one would own it or fix it or apologies the girl making subs laughed I ask her name a m she ignored me I ask for management igorned I will never eat there again no training I could not believe it how can u keep employed that are so rude an smugg,!!!!!!
After a truly bad experience ( nothing to do with the food) yesterday owner Jay Andrews and DM Jerica Bailey made everything more than right. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and kindness.

Place is always filthy. The young adults working there have no work ethic. It's more like a social hangout for then.
Routinely terrible service at this location. This is the 3rd time in a row our order has been messed up at this location. This time left out an entire item. Never going back here.
Fast and delicious food. The manager, Madison is lovely.
