The food was good. However, they were out of coca cola. Even after letting them know, they didn't refill the machine. They did give a refund of $1 when we again let them know about the shortage.

Hadn't eat here in quite awhile. Chili was okay. Couldn't help but see how dirty the place was. There was less than 7 people eating there, quite a few employees were there standing around. This seems to be the case at lots of fast food joints. Think employees now are just to lazy to clean off tables, or management doesn't care about cleanliness. It's a trend everywhere since beginning of covid.

I have tried and tried to support the fire'family but they throw everything on the middle and it seems maybe it all is pulled from water???? How's the bun so soggy? Then that big pile of stuff SLIDES OFF, THE BUN GETS ALL SCRUNCHED UP LIKE A WAD OF DOUGH! ??

This is the dirtiest firehouse subs I’ve ever been into. (One employee wearing a hat) It’s progressively gone down hill and tonight was the nastiest I’ve ever seen it. Not only that but the past two weeks I’ve come in they’ve been out of ham, lettuce, and Diet Coke and tonight they had barely any ice and the Coca-Cola drink machine was filthy and so we’re the floors/ tables. Management please do better or corporate please look into this location it desperately needs improving and the staff was so focused on their own conversations they didn’t care that they were out of almost everything. The honey ham? Go get some more at the honey baked ham company literally 10 mins from this location! Disgraceful.

I knew better than to try it again, but this time I'm saying something. After I ordered the girl said oh, "we don't have mayonnaise". There are three grocery stores 2 minutes away. Go get some. There may have been three ounces of meat on the large $13.00 sandwich. The three crew were more interested in their own conversations than customers and sandwiches. One customer had been there when I walked in finally stood up and asked about his online order. It had been sitting on top of the toaster the whole time he was there. The staff seemed nice enough, friendly, but I really think a leader or manager should have been there to go get mayonnaise with petty cash and monitor and assist the crew.

Firehouse has always been my GO TO for subs. The last time a I was at the Hendersonville location it was a bit slow. But today is the WORST service I’ve ever encountered in any Firehouse anywhere. The staff of any location I’ve visited have always been friendly and accommodating, welcoming you when you come in the door. I submitted an online order arrived to pick it up at the time the app told me it would be ready. I waited 15 to 20 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged my presence while they moved as slowly as possible and we’re having inappropriate personal conversations. There were a couple enpkoyees that were doing nothing. The one guy that was making the sandwiches was concentrating more on conversation than his job. Two people walked in at the same time as me, stood around for a few minutes and then placed an order and got their order before me when mine had been submitted online at least 15 minutes earlier. Multiple other people were waiting and there was no acknowledgment to them either. Not sure I will ever be back. I have about 20,000 accumulated points but will have to use elsewhere. Corporate office should be notified about this particular franchise location. So sad!!

This restaurant has really gone down since it first opened. It was sold a while back to out-of-town owners and things have gotten difficult. Several weeks ago we stopped by to get two salads and were told they ran out of lettuce. Middle of week? Go to Ingles and buy some!! Called and went to pick up order other night and folks behind counter seemed in a fog. I know it's hard to find employees these days - I run a commercial kitchen - but lack of training and initiative just come from lackluster management. Will go elsewhere - Hot Dog World and others - for meals. Went to Firehouse because it supported firemen. Wonder if that's still the case here...

We’ve been waiting 35 minutes for our 4 sandwiches and still haven’t received our meal. We won’t be back.
