Kosta's Fireside Restaurant & Pancake Inn

Hamburgers are better at Wendy’s and cost way less. Waited total of 40 minutes to eat. Also very noisy.Abe breakfast is better?

Fireside Restaurant and Pancake Inn is a welcoming eatery. The seating situation is relaxed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The food offering are very well prepared and quite tasty.

We were here for lunch & have been here before. Service is good, parking is fine, but we never saw any marked handicap spots. Ordered the BLT w/chips & I paid for coleslaw as well. The BLT was on their homemade bread. Not much mayo, lettuce nor bacon, but it was ok. My friend had the same. Hubby ordered a breakfast biscuit & that was tasty. Our other friend had a burger & potato salad, both average but ok. They don’t offer French fries, but their chips were good. I’ve had breakfast here, eggs. Etc & that was fine. Place is clean, service good with solid average dependable food.

I had a cup of chili and the chef salad and I walked away with half the salad. They have pancakes that are huge with strawberries on top! They are famous for their pot roast.

I stayed nearby and the hotel supposedly was to provide a buffet breakfast, but due to broken equipment that didn’t happen. What a blessing in disguise! I had breakfast at this small, friendly cafe on 1/17/24. Service was quick and friendly. And my breakfast was enough for two so I brought the pancakes home with me. Well, I reheated them for breakfast today- the best pancakes I’ve had in ages! Head to this small restaurant if you’re in the area!

Great service and okay food. I had the eggs Benedict. The Canadian Bacon was in little pieces, the egg yolks were busted, and the hollandaise was lumpy. Home fries were soggy and not very warm. The service was great but the food just wasn’t very good.

Line out the door and still only a 30min wait. Great service from Abigail. And still the best corned beef hash anywhere. It’s not the tinned dog food you get most places. It’s homemade chopped corned beef with onions and home fried potatoes. You guys rock!

This is one of our favorite breakfast places. The Spanish omelet is my favorite. It's the best I've ever had so far. Also their homemade cinnamin raisin bread is delicious.
The customer service is always friendly and the food comes out hot.
If you get a chance try it, it's sure to please.

When we got there they were extremely busy. At least 20 people waiting outside. We went to Dennys and wished we hadn't. Service there was poor in every aspect.
We were going to the Asian Pear Farm and drove by Kostas again and they were still packed. "Next time up we will wait. For people to wait like that it must be something special!

Nice place to grab a fantastic meal. Cozy restaurant/cafe feel. Everyone is so friendly! The atmosphere starts the enjoyable experience.

We got breakfast. Everything is fresh and tastes great! All of the bread is homemade including the cinnamon and raisin bread, which I have not seen at a restaurant. The portion sizes are perfect and the price is more than fair. It won't break the bank. I like ketchup on my eggs as you see in the photos. Weird, I know.

They open early and close at 2pm. Closed on Wednesday.

I highly recommend this quaint place while in the Hendersonville area.
