“Popped in w/o reservation on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated right away. Our server was knowledgeable and efficient. Though just opened from the devastation of Helene, the food was fresh and hot to the table with a very short wait. We both had samplers. one sausage and the other a schnitzel variety. The entree and sides were delicious. We lived in Germany for seven years and the food was spectacularly authentic, even down to the broetchen in the bread basket, crunchy on the outside and softly chewy inside.
