Guidon has the best beer in town. The Pilsner is just great, feels like home. However, the owners make sure all their beers is always top quality. But it‘s not only the beer, the staff, the kitchen, they are all a great team and you always feel welcome. If you have not tried, you need to do it. Trust me it‘s goooood.

I love the vibe of the brewery, I love the owners,
I love the beer!

Its a great place for our run club to gather on Tuesday evenings and they offer outdoor seating too, which I like!

Really cool place. They have some great German food. A lot of US military memorabilia. People working there were very friendly.

Went to Guidon several months ago with my girlfriend! We had a great experience. The beer was awesome and the head brewer was very friendly. He sat with us and we enjoyed a long conversation about him, his beers, and the brewery. When we’re back in the Asheville area I’d gladly come back!

1st time there was 80's music night with a DJ and it was hoppin. We had the brat plates with fries and onion rings, and a pretzel as big as your head with some good beer cheese and really good mustards. All very good. Great selection of beer including German on tap. Delish! Thanks Bill, from one C&R guy to another!
