My fries had a looonnng black hair wrapped around them. I have red hair. Didn't even eat my food as I live 24 mins from there..was hoping to enjoy it when I got home but lost my appetite when I saw that. Wearing hair nets is a good bet.

I meant to leave this review awhile ago. I came through for dinner. The 2 women there Kara and Rachel were the only ones there. They were polite and my food was superb. I could tell they were working hard cleaning everything. They didn't have name tags but I had herd their names brought up from previous visits. I herd that this team of lovely ladies had done A LOT of cleaning around the store.

EDIT:I appreciate the owners heart filled response but I have to add this update.
I met Kara working at another fast food joint, and she told me that Hardees hired someone directly connected to someone who tried to seriously harm her.

Then her GM and DM told her to deal with it or transfer stores. I am beside my self! What kind of employer doesn't care about employee safety? If Hardees does not care about employee safety I know they wont care about customer safety.

The food great as it may be, isn't worth supporting a fast food chain that could care less about their employees!

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HARDEES! I told Kara she's got a major L A W S U I T and to find a l a w y e r.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this Hardees. Yes the food is average for fast food today. The atmosphere is typical fast food. But the employee had a smile on her face and was very kind. We had no problem with our order or her at all Her name is Peaches. She took my wife’s and mine’s order. I didn’t really look at the receipt. Until I got to the table. It was wrong. Not in a bad way. She had given us an employee’s discount. We don’t know Peaches. And we don’t look like we need that discount and we don’t. But some reason Peaches gave is the discount and brought our meal to our table with a smile. We never asked for of this i did thank her for her kindness. And asked her why she did it. Her response was she just likes to be kind to others. I rarely give a tip at fast food restaurants. But Peaches gets an A+++ in my book. And she also got a cash tip. Something I Rarely do. She is a cut above most fast food employees. The price I post is the price I would of paid.

Typical drive-in experience with tasty biscuits. Unfortunately, the interaction at the drive-thru took away from it a bit. When we mentioned that the electronic menu board wasn’t working, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. We were simply trying to be helpful by pointing it out in case it needed attention. Friendly, professional communication always makes a difference.

Ms.kim was very nice and Respectful to me and my mom when we came in their last week and we was able too get everything we paid for and Kimberly and service was fast and excellent and we had take out and im glad for her and the cook

Actually we just used the drive through, so the atmosphere rating has to go for the exterior 😉
I got the impression that someone has decided that it really only takes a couple people to run a restaurant. I feel for the folks that have to do it all.
