I walked in and stood at the register for 7 minutes and was never greeted by the lady in front. Two more customers came and waited behind me and they were also never greeted. A father and son came in and eventually left. It wasn’t until another employee came in that the other lady told to take over the front counter. She was kind and quick.
I realize you are short staffed but the least she could have done was to greet us.

I live less than a mile from this Hardee’s. It’s our favorite go-to for breakfast to-go. The food is always hot and fresh! The staff are always friendly with a smile at the window. Can’t beat the 2 for $5 breakfast specials! For a time when good staff are hard to find and customer service is lousy at lots of restaurants, this restaurant is cut-above! Thanks for hanging in there during all the road construction out front!

Food cold, milkshake was hot and watered down. Staff were arguing with each other. Partial order came out first had to wait 15 on the drinks to come and asked twice about them. First and last time to eat at a hardees. Tasted like a Burger King ordered from wish.

Very slow here, cashier walked passed me 3 times and didn't even acknowledge me, I was only up there to get cup after she got got give me one with my meal, took forever to take out orders

I have tried to give Hardee's a chance , but they are rude , act like you are not even there . And when asked why it takes so long they tell you nobody wants to work but McDonald's always has a full crew

Waited 15 min for someone to answer on the intercom in the drive thru ordered my two Frisco burgers and a large root beer. I get pulled up to the line said they had too cook said burgers waited an additional 20 min before I got my food waisted my entire lunchbreak at noon mind u with one car in drive thru something isn't right.

I’ve never had fresh food from this location. Fries seemed like they’ve been sitting out all day. Chicken tenders were rubbery. Every time I order from there, I’m thinking maybe it will be fresh today, but it never is. Need to learn my lesson and not go back. It’s unfortunate because I usually like Hardee’s, just not this location which is only 5 minutes from where I live.

Bought a hand breaded chicken biscuit the chicken was crunchy and rubbery the inside of the chicken biscuit not the outside and it looked like the piece of chicken was burnt the biscuit was crumbling apart this is the world's Hardee's I've ever been to and I will never be back
