2 times burnt my 15dollar burger with only 3 customers total in the store/ drive thru and he got a attitude cause he can’t cook!! I called today to speak with GM/ Owner per the review requet and got Blake that doesnt care about this job due to its a 2nd job and just uses it for gas money. This location doesnt have a GM currently.

Looks like she needs to find her purpose maybe she could help be a tester for my explore more company. Or maybe she deserves a mgr job there. Thank you kindly.
Kimberly S helped me on 7/18/24 She seemed very unhappy I mean hello you could see it on her face that fast food is not a great job, but guess someone’s got to do it. It’s like if all fast food was gone what would we do? We would have more time & money for our kids, families, loved ones, etc. Would it be that bad America? Living in a slower world & being happier in life. Working towards common goals. She Kimberly looks like an HR person kinda role. Regardless, I believe she would make a good fit for an HR person in my company. Thank you for your hard work. I could see it in your eyes, that you struggle. I am sorry and I hope better things come your way. Everyone deserves a good life. God bless.

Stopped by expecting to get biscuits to start our road trip, 930am on a Sunday. Drivethru staff rudely greeted us with just the news that they had No eggs and No cheese at all. Rediculous planning and rude staff

Never say I'll be right with you or anything. Behind. Never any good cooked. The red headed guy has a major attitude problem. I don't think I'll be back.

I stop here a lot in the mornings on my way to work, I just wanted to share that this is the best Hardee’s location I’ve ever been to, the team is amazing, truly goes above and beyond for their customers with extra attention to details, everyone, the managers, ladies that work here and gentlemen, everyone who I’ve met was always so kind to me, such good energy. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my face in the mornings! oh yeah… the chicken sandwiches are so yummy and chicken is always cooked to perfection 😊 thank you!!

went thru to get food for lunch only get 30 min when i orderd the lady acted like omg i have to do my job then when i got to the window it took them a little longer than five minutes to get to the window then i got my drinks and she ask to pull foward mind u that there is noone in or been in the drive thru since i been there so im guessing there gonna make my chicken sandwich fresh and i ask about how long u think it be not being rude just asking and her reply was idk we will get it to u when we get it to u just pull foward so i do i wait another 8 min i get my good say thankyou and head bac to work witch i may be late for at this time and as im driving and getting my food all of it was cold very discusted with this i feel they should not be allowd to pull u so they dont have to worry about ther drive thru time cause there false times and they get a grade of performance on that

I walked in and stood at the register for 7 minutes and was never greeted by the lady in front. Two more customers came and waited behind me and they were also never greeted. A father and son came in and eventually left. It wasn’t until another employee came in that the other lady told to take over the front counter. She was kind and quick.
I realize you are short staffed but the least she could have done was to greet us.

I live less than a mile from this Hardee’s. It’s our favorite go-to for breakfast to-go. The food is always hot and fresh! The staff are always friendly with a smile at the window. Can’t beat the 2 for $5 breakfast specials! For a time when good staff are hard to find and customer service is lousy at lots of restaurants, this restaurant is cut-above! Thanks for hanging in there during all the road construction out front!
