Overall great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. Got an iced lavender latte and they aren’t scamming you by loading the whole cup with ice so you barely get any coffee like most places do. Tasted great. Only downside was that there was no wifi, which kept me from actually being able to work at the coffee shop.

Was waiting outside at 7:58 and pouring rain today it is 17 February and really wanted a cup of coffee. I’m waiting and waiting and finally look up because I’m getting wet and the girls just inside behind the counter looking at me. Why would you not open the door do you have to wait two more minutes. Do you understand with customer services. You have a really nice place I’m gonna ding you for this because open the door if you’re inside open the door don’t stare at the guy outside getting wet in the pouring rain pointless

The coffee is great. As are the biscottis. And today l had a most excellent savory scone. An onion sage scone. Plus sitting out in front of the Independent Bean Roster away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street is a fine way to experience another side of Hendersonville. 7th avenue has a funky laid-back more local feel. Definitely for those who want to get off the beaten track while not getting lost out in the boonies ??.
