Jack In The Box is usually not my go to but my boyfriend and I have started to frequent here recently. The newer employees they have are wonderful and very kind. I also love that they are 24/7 as a third shifter that gets off at 2AM sometimes. I really appreciate the change and hope management keeps it up, and gives these employees the respect and recognition they deserve!
Haven't been to a Jack-In-the-Box in 40 years - it'll be another 40 before I ever go again. Weird Coke taste and the "hamburger" was some form of mystery meat. No thanks!

Seriously food is always good but they have a window where you can see people Making the sandwiches and all I see are bare hands no gloves grabbing pickles.... juices just dripping down their hands then wipe hands on pants then put lettuce on then tomato then wipes hands on ass of pants then put sauce and bun on . Seriously disgusting there are tongs and gloves available
Given we were dining in with a toddler at night while passing through Hendersonville, we weren’t expecting much. However, I will say the staff this visit were friendly, quick and efficient. The lady up front cleaning the dining area stopped what she was doing, washed her hands, then took care of us and another patron. Most places you walk in, and they don’t get in a hurry to help or greet you. Only downfall, this location (according to staff) is high in transients that welcome themselves to the tables outside. The two that came inside weren’t bothersome but were noticed. One came in requesting help due to a deep cut on his head and the other ordered food but stared at our toddler the entire time making it a bit uncomfortable. Again, staff was great, food was okay (there was a hint of perfume, maybe lotion taste on our sourdough buns), place was clean but a very active homeless spot.

Can't get waited on. Never open on time and don't know how long the wait will be. Nothing new in Hendersonville though. I've drove off over 20 times in the last 3 months.
Tried to eat here but the one eyed lady was very rude to her other employees so we just left.

They need to get it together. This is by far the worst drive-through I have ever been through. They are always rude. it's a wonder They are still in business

I rarely go here, and now I know why. I ordered a mobile order with roughly $30 in items, for only 5 things. The tacos I ordered were not even in my bag, and the two sandwiches I ordered were completely incorrect. Not even close. I ordered a burger and breakfast sandwich and instead got 2 regular chicken sandwiches? Are you guys even looking at what you're doing? Crazy to pay $30 for food that doesn't even look fresh, nevermind completely not what I ordered. Insane that you guys are still in business.

We ate here and the lady working the counter was sweet as could be. She was a hard worker and doing multiple tasks. I believe this facility was short handed. It was dirty inside. No clean tables. I wiped ours down with hand sanitizer followed by baby wipes. There was grease all over the door. The ice machine was out. No tomatoes. Again, the lady working was very kind but the place was a mess and I have no desire to ever eat at Jack in the Box again. This was my first time. They shut the lobby down as we were leaving, I’m guessing due to lack of help.

Be prepared to wait for your food.
UPDATED: visited 8/26/2024 and was forgotten in the drive through, nobody knew my order, and took an act of congress to get my debit card back... I was forced to whistle for someone through the window to get their attention. Avoid at all costs.

First the the lady was so miserable sounding over the intercom and it showed when we got to window. Our order was wrong,we were missing items. No receipt was given to prove we ordered items. So we wound up paying almost $13 for 2 tacos,2 small fries and a ice coffee that was all creamer no coffee. Now I remember why we quit going there in the first place.
