Twice we've placed orders on door dash to pick up and even waited for over 30 minutes tonight and nothing we finally saw one person go back inside from the parking lot as we were leaving trash service

Love to use the app on my way to work every morning it’s always quick and easy. Love my main morning shift shout out to corey who always gets my order right and makes sure I have all my sauces and napkins!!!!

I've never been to Jack in the Box, as no one really talks about it, but I never realized they had such a big menu! Cheddar peppers, grilled cheeses, egg rolls, protein bowls and Boba tea! I was impressed. I liked service and the food more. The guy at the window was super friendly, and I got my food fast, hot, and very tasty! Definitely will be a fav little spot of mine.

Don’t do DoorDash delivery, restaurant will forget to put some of your order and DoorDash can’t even do anything & they can’t help you either by coming to the restaurant for something they forgot to put in the bag. Trash

I ordered uber eats at 10 pm I have been waiting and my order stayed in preparation till 12 am. At this point just cancel the order so I can get something else from a different restaurant. No one picked up the phone when I called.

Absolute 1 star experience. Was ignored at the drive-through speaker even though they don’t close for another hour and a half according to the sign on the wall and the website, nobody in the building, only “employee” was sitting in their truck outside watching sports on an iPad. I already placed my order on the app and spent money, and now I have to call corporate for a refund. How they handle business is a joke.

Can't even make a proper Jumbo Jack with no cheese and extra mayo. Drove 3 hours to have my favorite fast food burger to be utterly devastated. Won't be stopping here again

They had no lettuce for the tacos. They asked if that was okay before making the order which we appreciated however when we asked for honey mustard for my daughter’s fries they wouldn’t give us any without an up charge. Really!? Didn’t have the ingredients for what we did order and want to charge for condiments.
