Took forever after ordering to get to the drive-thru window to pay. Another long wait after pulling forward before food was delivered. Drive-thru service has been slow at this location for at least a couple of years, and it's getting slower; this was the longest wait by far. It's unlikely we will return.

Waited over 20 mins to get my order taking in the drive thru with only one person in front of me. It took 15mins for someone to say anything on the intercom making me question if this location was even open. I know being short staffed can cause increased wait times, but it should not taking over 30mins to get food. I can tell your workers are stressed, but you may need to find better ways to get new employees in or better methods to help cut wait times down from this ridiculous amount of time.

me & my family came down to north carolina for the week end, decided to online order some jack in the box. we get there around 11:25 & they close at 12, well no one comes to the speaker. we pull around and literally have to knock on the window and beg someone to come to the window… the lady motions to us that they are closed and we show her the phone order and she says we have to go on the app ???? the story goes on and on we’ll end of the story we left and had to go to waffle house, still no refund

I got to Jack in the Box 30 minutes before they closed. But the service and the hamburger, french fries and drink were freshly made and very good. I was not hurried to leave since it was time to close. I will be eating there again soon.
