If your in a hurry make sure you stay in the drive through line. They will clear the line before making order for dine in.

This would not matter so much if it wasn’t the first time. Get the food right. If I verify the order with you get it right. You wasted my money and I’ll be at bojangles across the street if you wanna talk.

The manager name was drew he was prejudice and had an attitude. I told him that the chicken wing was small he said i don't grow or make the chicken. I am black and I was with my Muslim niece. I will never dine there again. The fries were cold and I was trying to tell him that but he just said here is your 2 dollars because you decided you didn't want the meal you got it came with a drink also did you get the drink? My niece offered to go and get the drink we left it in the car rushing to go back into the store to return the food. I did not drink it but he said did you drink out of it? We said no he said keep it. I know most fast food places like McDonald's for instance would first say i am sorry and say would you like something else he was just nasty and rude. I had no idea he was the manager until my niece got back in line and asked to speak to the manager he is without a doubt in the wrong position. I could have gone to Bojangles right across the street but the line was very long there is a reason for that the food is better and there was no line at KFC wonder why? You havd lost a customer and i will make sure that all my friends know about this location and Drew the manager with no manners or customer service qualities. He needs to take a class from Chic- fil-A best customer service ever anywhere you go. If you going to have lousy food at least have good customer service.

I went through the drive thru and the manager on the speaker is rude and cuts you off before you can even finish speaking.

Like a normal afternoon, you want to eat a combo kfc in Herdersonville, and arrive at the restaurant and have a very bad attention from the cashier because of not speaking English and sharing in a rude way .denigrating without desire or love for work that makes you attend well, you do not know anything and lack of professionalism, but how is it possible that they have people like this in these positions, gentlemen, because I do not want to eat, they gave me anymore. I frequent the place a lot with my family, but with people like her we will not want to return anymore.

We go there once a month and get take out. Our biggest problem, the last 3 times we have gone to get a bucket, they were out of chicken. Today was breast.. white meat. We got the tenders and all dark meat in our bucket. The last time they were out of crispy. I agree that this is a manager problem. Someone needs to order and prepare enough chicken for your dinner rush. You are kentucky fried chicken. E times we cannot get an advertised family meal because you don't have the advertised chicken. 🙄 Do better. Its sad we are disappointed 3 times in a row from our fave chicken spot.

I stopped by on my way to the movies. My sandwich was excellent! The cheerful drive-thru guy made the experience even cooler.

It has been years since I have been to this KFC. It reminds me why I don't go. Unfortunately they got my order wrong. I was missing 2 breast. I got a bucket and was supposed to get 3 breast 3 thighs 3 drums and 3 wings. It comes in a bucket so it's hard to check without laying everything out.
KFC needs to revoke the person that owns this franchise. They have had problems for years. The person in front of me got their order wrong as well. The problem with this KFC starts from the top management and just gets worse.
the lady that was at the register was nice and knowledgeable. But something going on there and I believe it's the lack of management and ownership.
All I ask is to get what I pay for. 3/15 dinner time
