This was absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever ordered from. My food was not fresh at all nor was it accurate. Also, tried contacting someone within the company but never received a follow up from anyone. I do not recommend this location.

The employees at this restaurant working the Drive-Thru overcharge and "Price Gauge" at their convenience and when you question them justify it with some made up excuse. The Drive-Thru cashier's are also usually rude. Then after overcharging and being rude they serve you kids size portions of meat which aren't worth what you paid. Could be a racial thing because I am African American.I have had to make "Numerous" complaints with the "Managers" who apologized and replaced my food, I guess I should just not go eat there, but I love Kentucky Fried Chicken and this is the only location in Hendersonville.

So I just got chicken to go and this lady was so nice and patient I didn't catch her name.!! I ordered the 3 piece combo with mash potatoes as usual and the lady told me it would be a 10 to 15 min wait and I was fine with that but while I was waiting she asked if we wanted something to drink that I didn't order and gave it to me and after I got my food she gave me and extra Mac and cheese so I almost left with 2 combos ?.! Course I won't be able to finish it but I will have some for later. Always good just this place that lady was very nice.!!

Easy ordering on KFC app and then picking up our order. Food was prepared exactly as it should be- hot, fresh, and delicious! We enjoyed sharing the tenders, original recipe chicken, gravy/ mashed potatoes, and coleslaw for 2 meals. Well we didn't exactly share the coleslaw equally... I had some for my lunch also!! Love their coleslaw. Staff was busy but pleasant too.

Yall! I just assumed this location was gonna be dirty on the inside, and idk why I thought that, but I went to eat there today, and not only was it super clean, the guy that took my order DJ was very polite and did a great job! I was very impressed by the hole overall experience of this location! Will definitely return and recommend! You can tell whoever is the manager of this store knows what they are doing. Again very clean store!

The worst service ever. Order wrong. Window person left didn't give me time to ask. I wNted a reciept. We order 2 piece chicken meal. He got 2 drum sticks. Mashed potatoes. And tea. No green beans. I only wanted wing. She said had to buy 4 or 6 pieceI got. Four wings. Biscuit didn't ask forCost was 17 + dollars. Wanted to see why so much. She left window didn't return after afew minutes. Won't go there again.
