Horrible coffee, I hate Mc Donald's and Starbucks lobby wasn't open. And being a charter bus driver... brought them 45 people and I could get a free donut or coffee. They would have been short and missed it. I threw the coffee away....a waste of money. Never again.

The worst Krispy Kreme out of them all. The app always says it's Hot Now but when you walk in they are either putting it up or cleaning it from afterwards. The cashiers are the rudest and least helpful people who act like they don't want to be there. I asked for a bag for the two dozen donuts and the cashier laid in on top of the box instead of helping. Your cashiers can quit whenever they want, no one is stopping them.

Mobile pay dose not work. staff seemed very confused like they didn’t know how to do their job, not that they where doing stuff incorrectly. More so that they took a while to comprehend what they needed to do. Also understaffed, only 3 people working including the manger. (Back to the mobile pay situation) They told me it didn’t work, so if you added money to a card to use you would have to go find a new store to use it. Meaning you just wasted your money because the closest one is all the way in Asheville.

Love this Krispy Kreme.. have stopped multiple times on my way to work, as I pass every morning..tried to stop yesterday(4/20) for the price per gallon dozen to share with co-workers... much to my demise, this place was closed for maintenance until further notice.. well.. went to work this morning (4/21) and the open sign glowing hot and ready..

One star is way too high for this store! i don't know why they keep changing but I only gave 1 and that's because 0 isn't an option. If I ever eat another krispy kreme doughnut in my life, it won't be from here! But the sad thing is these weren't for me, I was ordering for a group of kids. Looks like I'm heading to Dunkin Donuts now. They keep the lobby doors locked or have every time I go by. I think mentioning that through the speaker is the first thing that the manager wasn't happy about. But my biggest issue with them today is that they absolutely didn't want to sell me the glazed doughnuts at the advertised Beat the Pump price. I went through the line once and asked what that price was and they didn't even know about it, so I got out of line and went on the app. Went ahead to place the order on the app, which honored that price (at that store), but would not let me complete the order, so I got back in line and asked if they have a coupon to use. At this point, they offered the special and I ordered. When I arrived at the window, they didn't know what I'd ordered, then didn't know how to ring the order, then asked for a coupon. I explained that I'd ordered the Beat the Pump special. She asked for a coupon and I tried to show my unfinished online order but they seemed very confused. The "manager" finally came to the window and immediately used the excuse that I yelled through the speaker and refused to sell me doughnuts. Since I had to go in the drive thru line and use the speaker to order, and I drive a loud vehicle, I probably did speak loudly, but it was not to be rude. There was a line of traffic, lots of highway traffic and all I tried to do was place an order for an advertised special that said it was good at this store. To refuse service to someone speaking loudly through a speaker, not cursing, not name-calling, not accusing, not being abusive, simply speaking loudly (this is a town of retirees) is a very poor excuse to tell a customer they are not going to be served. And to accuse a customer of that instead of taking care of the real problem (how to ring up the price) is a sorry way to handle a business. It's a shame that no one there, especially the manager, knew how to ring up the special or speak to a customer who was just asking for help with complete the purchase. I feel like they just didn't want to honor the price. I realize help, good or bad, is hard to find, but customers are why you have a job. The worst thing is that I'm distressed and upset that I was treated unfairly and refused service because the manager was totally unprofessional and has 0 customer service skills. No, don't worry about telling me not to come back. I won't, neither will I recommend this location.

Our Kristy Kreme on Four Seasons in Hendersonville, NC has been closed off and on lately. We hope that this is temporary situation and they will be back up and running soon. A new Duncan has opened just down the street. All I can say about that is, not worth the calories! Their doughnuts are dry and tasteless. I’ll be waiting KK! Please come back to us!

Drive thru board busted. Young people inside on phone in dining room. Door locked but display case full. Employees appeared to be having great time not working. No wonder business appears to be in decline

0 stars they need to contact the app and have them remove the hot now hours. The app says it's on the store doesn't have it on. Looks like the store is dark when we went. Only cold donuts. They don't make them here anymore?

"Hot now" sign on, but out of just about everything. Got our dozen assorted order completely wrong. Donuts also look smaller than normal. Posted price jumped dramatically at check out. What a disappointment!

Be aware this is the worst Krispy Kream I have ever been to Hendersonville, NC!!! If I could I would give zero stars.Employees have no tact, they are rude when you approache them through drive thru. No hello... No what can I do for you..... None of that polite sentences.First time visit to this place they did not have boxes for 12 donuts so they pack 3 dozens of donuts in 6 boxes. They did not have bags either so my kid had to keep them on their lap until we arrived to Asheville. I asked for more napkins they said they had a limit to give. I got 7 napkins for 36 donuts, I asked for a receipt and they did not have it. Matter of fact their was a sign on their window saying they cannot provide receipts. I called customer service to complain about this location.I went back after 5 weeks for my kid's birthday to get three dozens of donuts. I have to say we did receive them in proper boxes. But with the attitude of the cashier and supervisor being horrendous.Prior to arriving I called and asked if they can get three dozens of donuts ready. I have been informed they do not take orders over the phone... But they will take orders in hours advance???I was informed that they would be cold I said it's okay to have them cold. The lady who was taking my order was very rude with us.As before no customer service whatsoever from the employees.I did call again to that customer service to complain about their behavior.Next day at 7 in the morning somebody called me from that location and told me that I am liar I was in such a shock... I did not even know what to say..... She kept interrupting me before letting me finish my sentence. My question is why and how did they get my phone number??? I asked my kid to record the conversation in which I send it to customer service. It was creepy and she (person who called me from KK in Hendersonville) really put me in a uncomfortable situation! It's like from a horror movie. I was trying to have a conversation with her but she hung up on me.Today I visited Asheville Krispy Kreme and what a difference in service. Cashier KALEB was very pleasant, helpful and provide wonderful experience. You did made my day! Thank you so very much.We are not going to shop in the Hendersonville location again especially after someone had been calling me and telling me I am a liar.

0 STARS. Don’t waste your time with this location. It needs to be closed permanently. They dont have doughnuts today. Last time I went, there were 3 cars in front of me and it took an hour to get a dozen glazed doughnuts and the woman who gave me my doughnuts said I got the last of them. They don’t make the doughnuts on site so when they run out, they are out. Not worth the trouble.

They say they are closed on line for delivery!!! Both through DoorDash and their own web page. I call customer service they say call store. Well guy on the phone just now said we do t know how to turn that on!?!?!? What are u kidding me? Well you all just lost a lot of money. We order 3-4 times a week so we will take our business somewhere else that knows what the heck they are doing!!!
