NEVER enough help and all items frequently not available. You have to take what you can get or forget it. This reflects very poor management

The manager, Taylor Laughtner, told me he “Did not care” that my order was incorrect.
Had ordered a supreme pizza, crazy bread. Waited 25 minutes, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes for the crazy bread. We needed to leave. Taylor then handed me a pizza WITH crazy bread (shocker).
Got home, our pizza was a cheese. Not suprene. Went back to the store to have the order corrected. Taylor, the manger, flat told me he “did not care” that our order was wrong. I questioned him about what he said. He repeated himself. That he “did not care”. Refunded my money. Then told me to leave.
I was polite right up to the point he told me he did not care.
He mistreated his customer, was rude, & it was their mistake. He should not be managing this store.

My family and I came in today wanting to order pizza and Italian breadsticks. We were told what was available and anything else would be a 35 minute wait. We decided we’d get what was already ready! We were then told that they had only one case of marinara sauce and that we couldn’t get any? I’m like okay, doesn’t it come with it? He says, in a very rude manner, no it comes with the regular breadsticks but either way I’m only handing it out with pizzas. How does that even make sense? Pizza already has marinara? And the price includes the sauce with it, so how can you tell a paying customer, you won’t give them what they’re paying for? Avoid this place

It’s Little Caesars—if you haven’t tried it already,eventually, you will.

It’s ridiculous to make a pizza with so little cheese. There was actually bald spots with zero cheese on the pizzas we ordered.

I did a delivery, and my food showed up not being handed to me, but the dude running off, and had a Bite out of my pizza so just a heads up!

This location doesn't deserve one star. Every time I go in for a pizza, it's a 20-30 minute wait. I guess there is no hot and ready pizzas anymore. None of the employees are even remotely friendly. Horrible, horrible customer service. Pizza is never cut even. They are rarely fresh unless you want to wait an hour. Down right pathetic

I placed an order online today around 2:30 pm to be picked up up at 6 pm and received an email with info. I got there right at 6( I live close by) and my name was not on the pizza portal. So I asked the young man where my pizzas were. He asked for the order number, I showed him the email and he said maybe it didn't fully pick up on line. So he said he'd either give my money back or I could wait 15-20 mins. I said well, I've already paid for them and I drove here may as well wait. So 15 mins go by I go in and see my name on the portal then he gets irate and says why did you ask me to make your pizzas? Excuse me? Did I miss something? My pizzas were in the portal and he decided to make another order. I told him he wasn't making any ( expletive) sense! There should be negative reviews because this location is unorganized, rude and lazy. We won't be returning.
