This is the worst review I have ever written. I ordered the signature pepperoni pizza from Marco's on 7th Ave tonight and when I open the box, three is a slice missing. After further inspection it seems Marcos had put two different pizzas together to fulfill my order. This was evident because of the amount of pepperoni on one side, and the fact the cheese on the other side was noticably drier. Wow. As a chef this is unspeakable. I paid a redicoulous amount of money for this pizza considering it costs about $1.85 to make a medium pizza with double pepperoni. Shame on you Marco's Pizza. The crew here should be fired for lazyness.
Ordered a pizza for delivery. We only live 15 minutes away from their Hendersonville location. Took 2 hours to show up. Pizza was cold and dried up. Seems like they either forgot about us or they delivered 10 pizzas before ours. Sad cause we usually order something about every 2 weeks. Probably gonna find another pizza place now..
Got pizza to go, so didn't rate atmosphere.

Service....had 4 people in front of store all talking to each other. Only one person helping customers. It was very frustrating knowing my pizza were on top waiting to be paid for since I was a pick up and there was two people in front of me, but only the one dealing with customers. Pizza was great, but service needs some organization without a doubt. If they are not there to help they should not be on the front line.
Placed an order on the app and it showed 30-35 minutes delivery which is the usual time it gives. Watched the tracker and saw that our order was out of the oven. 10 minutes later we get a text from DoorDash that a driver is on his way to pick up our order. I called the store, spoke to an employee who was clueless, then spoke to who I presume was a manager. I asked why DoorDash was picking up our order when I didn't order from them and was told they only had 1 driver and DD was the norm from them. He then asked what my problem was and I stated that our order was sitting there waiting on DD and would be old and cold when it got to us. He stated that ANY order would take that long with or without DD. This statement was incorrect....this order took an hour and 20 minutes to get to us and normally we see deliveries before 40 minutes from this store.
Needless to say, the pizza was cold and nasty, not what we expect from Marcos. All it takes is one experience like this one to send us to somewhere else in the future.
Marcos - Please don't ask us to fill out a questionnaire so you can make this right, you can't. What you should do is focus on hiring and retaining delivery drivers to prevent this type of poor service from happening and crippling your business.

The food quality here is inconsistent and prices too high the food here used to be wonderful i will never give any marcos pizza business for as long as i live for a myraid of reasons 1 being how the business operates i don't give business to companies of any kind that i view as immoral.
Unfortunately, I visited on March 28, 2025. I did not order. I decided to walk out as a stand for one of the employees. One employee on the register started to interrupt the young lady who was trying to tell me about the specials. The young lady who was waiting on me subsequently, got kind of confused by the rudeness of this other worker (to be honest it may have been a manager). I cannot believe if this was a lateral employee, much less if this was an employee in management that such disgraceful behavior would be allowed by the ownership of this restaurant. Years of working in management has taught me that employees are never corrected or scolded in the public eye. When the employee who had interrupted the young lady who was waiting on me returned, she interrupted my order again and began to embarrass the employee again by stating, “ You should’ve led with the special I told him about.” Are you kidding me! You have interrupted the young lady twice, embarrassed her, and interrupted me, the customer as well. I had already decided what I was going to order. You would have made more money with me if I would have placed my original order before you became so overzealous with the upsale. You would have made $10 more. I hope you clean up your act. This is one reason, restaurants struggle to find footing and offer service in a manner that is convenient and expeditious. People do not want to work when they are belittled and harassed by customers or other employees/management publicly. SHAME!!
Good pizza no complaints but my god is the service bad at this store. God forbid you hope for your pizza to be ready within 90 minutes of placing an order on a Tuesday night but I think that’s too much to ask of this location.
