It was so incredibly dirty and was just overall gross, my burger had ketchup when I asked for no ketchup and when I asked for a new one they said I couldn’t have another one without paying and said they would have to get the manager When the manager came out, she stomped up to me and said that it was common sense for being to know that I can’t get another burger, even though mine had ketchup on it when I specifically asked for no ketchup it was just overall horrible experience, and I will never be going back here and please fire that manager because she was so incredibly rude

Before the renovation this was easily a 5 star location. After the renovation they stopped allowing refills, very repulsive policy. I will not be coming back to this location, if you’re an atheist please do come to this location. You’ll find that hell is real

So today my family, 3 kids my husband and myself went to McDonald's on Spartanburg hwy to see the remodel after the park let's just say we will not be coming back here! Staff was rude (what staff the have) we ordered through the kiosk because no one was up front to take our order. Woman comes and brings us our food in a cart asked us if we need any sauces my husband says ketchup and mayo she give us three packets of ketchup um excuse me we have 5 meals, gave us 2 more packets of ketchup 🤦♀️ anyways I go up front to ask for a refill due to them not having the self serve drinks anymore and instead of the woman up front saying I'm sorry we aren't doing refills she just points at a sign on the wall. Let's just say we will not be returning to this McDonald's ever again.

I've been here several times. It has always been good. Today my order was wrong, the burger was dry. Customer service was ok, but definitely not great. Just got me thru the drive thru and had to wait on an order that wasn't what I ordered. Didn't have time to go in n fix it.

Went to this McDonald’s location earlier today and the customer service through the drive-through was Wonderful! Best customer service I’ve had McDonald’s at any location in a while. Ed was quick to greet me over the intercom and was delightful at the window. Food was good but customer service from Ed is why I’m leaving a five star review!

I see why this place has three stars. Whipped cream came on my milkshake which is normal I understand. It's my fault that I did not request No whipped cream. Once I noticed that, I asked the female manager on duty at 10:00 p.m. Friday on August the 9th, if she could take the whip cream off. She said she's not allowed to bring the merchandise back behind the counter once I receive it. I understand that. She said you can just take the lid off and rake the whip cream off with your lid. Which is going to leave a mess all on my lid and dripping down the cup. As I walked away I heard her make a smart remark, " I'm not wasting a spoon for something like that". So I turned back around and ask her for a plastic spoon. She said I'm not giving you one. That's wasteful. Just toss the milkshake in the trash and I will make you a new one. Lol. Talk about wasteful. Throw a good milkshake away and make a new one, over giving me one plastic spoon. Then I asked her for her name, so I could call the restaurant owner or management and speak to them personally about it instead of posting it this way, and she said she would not give it to me because this is a privately owned restaurant. I will never come back here again. She needs to change her attitude or get another job somewhere else.

Would have done a half star if I could. Awful, just awful. I used to work there in high school and it used to be alright. around 3:15 today, me and my wife ordered a chocolate shake and a Dr Pepper. the shake was 1/4 chocolate and 3/4 vanilla and we were told nah it's Chocolate. Really? we aren't blind. and the Dr pepper was diet, I asked to get it fixed and with MAJOR attitude from the window lady with a tattoo on the base of her neck, got another but found out after we left it was diet. the entire time we were nice and thankful even though they messed up. and right before we left I went to thank them again and the neck tattoo lady shut the door in my face. VERY unprofessional and this needs to be fixed. not right at all. the lady manager that was working, needs to have training or something. This is why yall are losing business to Chick-fil-a right next to you and even on Sundays people go elsewhere.

Just came through and ordered a chocolate milkshake, Dr Pepper, fries and a burger. Get the shake, it’s 2/3 vanilla and 1/3 barely brown. We asked the lady about it and they assured us that it was chocolate… I’m sorry but with things being as expensive as they are now adays if I purchase a chocolate shake I actually expect it to be chocolate and not drink till almost the end for me to get a taste of it. We gave them the milkshake back and asked for a coke. My husband tried his Dr Pepper and it ended up being diet, so we gave it back and asked for a regular, whole time we are being nice and it feels like they have a an attitude in their tone, they made a new drink and gave it to us and we were nice and tried to say thank you but ended up with the door being closed in our face, so we went on our way. When we tasted the drink at the light it ended up being a diet Dr Pepper again????? I used to work in fast food so i understand the gist of working fast food, back then we held ourselves to a higher standard than doing bare minimum and just trying to get customers in and out. Extremely disappointed.
