I ordered mobile and was there early, but my food was cold when they gave it and they completely ignored my sauces in my mobile order.

Be aware of what you're actually paying. Make sure they are giving you receipts. On multiple occasions I've had them lie to my face about using codes from the McDonald's app. I have had them overcharge me or not give me my rewards items as they are supposed to. They either don't know how to put the codes in or they don't care to do so. I had someone lie to my face yesterday when I was trying to redeem my rewards item. She didn't put the code in properly, tried to charge me full price and then said she couldn't put the code in again, even though she never redeemed it to begin with. I know it's just fastfood but this is theft, being improperly or overcharged is theft. I won't be going back to this location and I am sharing my experiences with those I know. It's pretty sad you can't even easily buy a cup of coffee from this McDonald's in 2024 because employees don't know how to use a cash register.

AWFUL. Workers chat chatting rather than focusing on serving costumers who have been waiting. My order came out incorrect too (should’ve seen it coming). Terrible location and staff working here.

I ordered door dash from this location, was supposed to get 2 hash browns (1 with a meal, 1 ordered extra)2 hash browns are listed on the receipt print out, I received none. I texted the driver (not their fault) and then called the store, no one picked

Didn't get anything in my order right. He did not repeat order or give me what my cost was. We get to the window and our drinks are wrong and the lady working there had an attitude then tells us we should have verified our order. The at that took our order should have done that, it's his job. He left the speaker so fast.

I stop at this location every morning on my way to work and the lady and man that run the drive thru are amazing! They have a great system going. Service is fast, employees are fantastic, and the food is good.

Just a really bad experience overall. They cut taking my order was very rude and when an issue arose that was caused by them with the McDonald's app he and the manager i talked to were unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue. Instead she (the manager) was also very rude And unhelpful. I left empty handed and pissed off. Definitely not how i expected to be leaving when i chose to stop in.

I order a crispy chicken sandwich which I thought came with lettuce and tomato with mayo and I kinda got a mc crispy instead that was just chicken and pickles. I would have changed my order but couldn't see screen at drive thru. But hopefully I can get the right one next time.

Absolutely disgusting. And that’s even for McDonalds standards. From the mystery fluids oozing from the trash, to sticky floors, to the urine soaked men’s restroom, to what looked like random gutter punks that happened to find uniforms and attempt to work. This place has the vibes of the slums of DC. Way to bring it to small town Hendo! We try to stay away from fast food and support the locals, but we had a bit of emergency, and our daughter needed something to eat. What a mistake! Please support the locals right around the corner in downtown Hendo. If I ran my photography business like the locals that own this place do, I’d be out of business in a matter of months. Absolutely no small town pride in this place. No sense of business either. Walking out of this place feels like you might be bringing something home other than horrible food. Time to bathe in bleach!!!! Oh wait!!!! I forgot to mention the meth head passed out in the dining room. That was also super fun.
