Bought apple slices for my son, they gave me a pack with just 2 with a straight face. After I complained and asked for another pack they told me all out, took the slices instead of just giving me more on top to feed my son, gave me the cut up pieces that go in oatmeal.

We placed two mobile orders. Both were missing cheese for the double cheeseburger which isn’t really a big deal. There was a fresh hair on my fries which amplified everything else in a negative way. I was babied by the McDonald’s in Piney flats since they were so good. Maybe this is typical?
Food is always fresh and hot and is always very quickly prepared great food service on the other hand is okay but we're not coming to McDonald's for a socialite Gathering we're coming to McDonald's for fast food and they do it very well here

My husband picked up breakfast this morning. Our order had to be "fixed" several times because they got it wrong. When he came home, it was STILL wrong and to add insult to injury, it was COLD. I threw mine in the trash, where it belonged. I called the store and asked for a manager. The young woman said she was a manager and her name was Jessica. I have worked as a server, so I was not ugly or hateful to her. I explained what happened and she said that she didn't work weekends normally, so she didn't know what to tell me. They have the same menu EVERY DAY, so I don't know what was so confusing for her. We won't go back and don't recommend anyone else do either.

We also were missing our drinks, employee seemed annoyed that we were asking to have things fixed. Got the correct biscuit and half way thru there was plastic in my biscuit...

Working in emergency services, we ordered a rather large order of burgers, fries, and pies from this facility on Four Seasons Blvd in Hendersonville NC. They were very efficient in getting the order ready for a lot of hungry men working in the flooded areas and preparing for the upcoming hurricane. The food was hot, ready in very little time, accurate and extremely satisfying for a lot of hungry stomachs. Thank you for supporting our fire department and your community!
