Food is good, have had several encounters with rude employees over multiple visits. On my most recent trip my tea literally had so much ice in it I couldn't hardly get the straw in the drink......there also was no napkins. The ice is only supposed to be filled to the little yellow line the food was good but they shorted me on my drink which was the original reason I even stopped to begin with.

They give you a chocolate shake that’s 3/4 vanilla and then lie and tell you it’s all chocolate it’s their “machine”

I can only speak on the attempted experience of going here because After waiting for what about 15 mins at the register to order Because they were visibly busy. But when You came to take my order it was the WORSE she could've had happen. She walked towards me Loudly asking me if I ordered and I stated I would like to make a order. Then as she tries to take my order she is rushed to the point of missing what I wanted and hugged and puffed and then slipped her hand down like Seriously.. you can't give me at least 2 minutes after all this time I waited in you to take my order. And had the nerve to argue about how she has others orders to worry about. THEN WHY DID YOU COME TO TAKE MINE ??
I've never had to argue just to try and make an order at a McDonald's. I'll just go heat a cup soup and avoid the manager time crunch .. plus that Neon Hoodie shouldn't be what managers wear... When it's clearly not a construction job either. Just saying lady

This McDonald's is a joke! Everytime but this today was my last visit. I sit in line 15 min to order, i pay then you tell me to pull forward while my food was being made, i sat there and watched all the people pull forward as well waiting on their foo, i see cars get their food and drive off, i watched all the other cars that were behind be get their food cars in line getting their food as im am getting pistoff i keep asking the chick who is running food out why is everyone getting their food and im still waiting? She said i dont know! She comes to the third window with a bad. Asked me what i ordered i tell her and she hands me the bag. Not even my full order was there. I had small kids n my car or i would have went in to show m ass but i get out and went to the food window between another car and let them know im still still here and no all of my food. We are paying customers! I am a paying customer! How horrible the whole thing was! My big Mac the bottom but was saturated in sause. Completely missed my burger. Yall suck!!!!

Super slow service even though I ordered online. When I went to get myself a Coke literally every single option for Coke was flat. I asked for a Coke from the back and I literally had to wait five minutes because they forgot about me until my husband finally asked about the coke and the girl was giving me a cup not a Coke from the back. When I got a Coke from the back that one was flat as well so basically I just gave McDonald’s two dollars of my money for no reason!

I have been waiting on a mobile order that I placed 30 minutes ago, for 15 minutes just sitting at the restaurant, waiting for them to give me a 20 piece, 2 sauces and a mcflurry. Thank you for the fantastic service that took half an hour to get from the restaurant out to my car. Everyone here needs a raise quite clearly such motivated workers.

First thing of all, i experienced the worst customer service of any fast food restaurant. I asked to cancel an order and the person at the window was some lady who rolled her eyes and slammed the window and proceeded to ask me why i wanted to cancel???! i had two separate orders and all i wanted to do was discard the first one and pay for the second bc i simply changed my mind, i never had anyone ask me why i wanted to cancel and just stare at me at the window and jerk my card out my hand and mumble words while shaking her head just being rude. she tried to argue with me about canceling bc i guess she didn’t want to? she was soooo rude. also i got my egg after i bit into my sandwich and it just tasted/ smelled weird and its green which is a sign of either spoilage or overcooking the egg way too much, didnt even wanna take it back bc of the rude cashier.

Prob my fault for living in Hendersonville and going to McDonalds but when you're consistently getting around half the items you pay for it goes beyond bad service. So if you enjoy paying for things you won't receive, being robbed, or maybe even putting money through a paper shredder--this is the place for you!
