If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I'm a local here in Hendersonville and have had a bad experience at Mean Mr. Mustard Café. The food is good, but the staff is awful. Don't sit in front of where the employees walk in and out of the kitchen. You hear all of their personal conversations, which are not good and then the owner is cussing and yelling at his employee's. Telling them that if there is a 5 top or more, to automatically charge them 20% gratuity. That these customers are just a bunch of Hillbilly's that we are serving. This is not something that the customers should be hearing!!! I have shared this with other friends of mine and they have mentioned that they have experienced similar of the owner cussing at his employee's. I will not go here again!!

As a huge fan of the Beatles, I had to check this place out!! Food and service were awesome. I loved seeing all the Beatles memorabilia on the walls and hearing some of my favorite songs. We sat in a booth, which was cozy and private. There is a beautiful sunroom with tables as well. They have a drive thru coffee window too!!! We will return!!

Been here three times in the last couple of years. Both food and service was very good. Only problem is both of our cars bottom out (entering and leaving). Toyota camery and and Subaru Legacy both bottom out with their steep driveway.
Weekday morning breakfast outside on the porch was so pleasant. Food is excellent.
