First off the staff and atmosphere are excellent wether you're at a table or at the bar, they are tentative and friendly. The drink menu is vast and I recommend any of the apps. My friends and I love to sit at the bar and have apps. Crab cakes are so moist and perfectly seasoned and the fried oysters are crispy and plump. Their pizzas are perfect for two with a great selection, my favorite being the Supreme. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the risotto. A date...
We were doing a Google story on Brevard and took a ride out to Hendersonville to check out the Apple Festival. Hendersonville was packed with people and the wait for most restaurants was really long, but we decided to wait it out and try Mezzaluna.
We got seated near the window with a view of Main Street. We went with the Joey’s Super Deluxe pizza, which was pretty good & I enjoyed the traditional Caesar salad.

Stopped by Mezzaluna in Hendersonville for a quick takeout order and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered a pepperoni, jalapeno, and bacon pizza, and they nailed it—crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of spice to give it a nice kick without overwhelming the flavors. It’s hard to find a pizza that balances everything so well, but this one hit the mark. I also grabbed a tiramisu for dessert, and it didn’t disappoint....
