Yes, Debbie is still the owner and they moved to Upward Rd (just a block or two from I26, next to Subway) when the owner of the building in their old location sold it (they just rented the building). Send they dodged a bullet when he did that - the building flooded when Helene hit us hard last year. Anyway, the food is as great as it always was, and the service is always offered with a smile! My personal favorite are the biscuits & gravy...

Loved The Mustang Cafe when we lived in Hendersonville, NC. Heard it had closed but seems it has opened again!!! Is Debbie still the owner and do they still have delicious pancakes? Love you Deb and the Mustang too!!’ Your old pals Kathy and Curt

I came in to have breakfast this morning and the owner of this place was exhibiting DISGUSTING behavior towards her staff! I will never go back again and I will make sure to tell everyone i know not to go give this woman a penny!! Everyone has bad days but this was way beyond that!! The things that were coming out of her mouth made me want to cry! DESPICABLE!! The disrespect was beyond anything I've ever seen in my life!!!
Had an amazing experience here for lunch today. Came to eat here with my family and had the country fried steak special which came with three sides (which I chose mashed potatoes, corn and okra) and a drink for 12 dollars which was extremely worth it! Amazing staff immediately got to us and was very friendly as well! Even though the place was packed full, the food came out in a very reasonable time!! The quality was fantastic!! Everything was cooked just perfectly (also DEFINITELY recommended the fried okra)! We enjoyed our time there, drinks never went empty and all left very happy with the service provided. If you are considering eating here, you should definitely do it! It was packed for a reason! Thanks to you guys! ☺️

We always have a good meal here. It's open from 6 am to 2 pm. It's not fancy, a lot of working men eat here, because the food is good and not over priced.

My daughter and I have been wanting to try this place for a while now, and we're glad we were finally able to! They do have limited hours, so we had to get up a little earlier to make it before work and school. However, it was definitely worth it! I feel like it was exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and the corporate world. It felt like home compared to the chain fast food places (and was way better in every way). Our waitress was super friendly and made sure that we were greeted and served in a timely manner. Our food was delicious and the perfect temperature. My daughter got the pancakes, and I had the chicken biscuit. Of course, we both sampled each others food, and now my daughter plans to get the chicken biscuit next time. The chicken had the perfect crisp to it, and the biscuit was made just right. The best part? It wasn't greasy and didn't feel like a "I'm going to need a nap" meal. It was also inexpensive, so I didn't feel guilty about that part afterward either. I'm so glad we finally had the opportunity to give this place a try, and we will 100% be back!

Good old local southern restaurant! Went for breakfast and enjoyed a great gravy biscuit better than waffle houses! The ladies were very nice and made sure to refill coffees and were pretty much on it on everything! Very cheap old fashioned mamas food!
Parking: Very packed cramped parking but it is a popular place here in town

Great service, food, and laid back cafe. Was able to sit for a few hours and work in peace. No loud music blaring over the speakers like other restaurants.
