Today was a special day for my husband and I for our one anniversary of marriage. We went back and forth on random other restaurants to go to, but finally decided to agree on dining at Outback. When we got there, there was a simple 10 minute wait as to be expected during "dinner hours". We were just thankful even more so, that it wasn't going to be an over 30 min wait. We had the waitress Sydney she was terrible she treated us so wrong and so disrespectful to us we waited for 2 hours and never got our food. We waited 30 mins just to get our drinks. She rolled her eyes when we asked for manger and the manger came and he showed no concern about us not having out food. Just disappointed that this happened we just got up and left because what are you supposed to do sit there and sit there with no help.
