Terribly long wait in the drive through. Only ordered a salad and muffin so not sure why there was such a long wait as I was the only person in line. The center of the muffin was slightly uncooked and they left out the salad dressing. Pretty disappointing.

It was all good except for when I got there I didn't know that I had to use the kiosk in order to place an order so I was standing there waiting for somebody to come to the desk and they never did. I had to ask another customer if that was what I had to do in order to get my order taken and they said yes I had to use the kiosk. So, maybe they should put up a big sign.

I love the food here.It's always very tasty and very clean. I don't usually eat bread but when I go to panera I always do. When I have a fresh bread craving, This is the place I go. Mom loves to eat there when she comes into town

Worst service I’ve seen! I order my food for pick up, I only get a 30 min lunch break, even tho order said ready in 9 min, I gave them 20 min to go get it, go to the drive through and the line was long and not moving, so I decide to go inside to pick it up. I asked one of the girls prepping the food if I could hey my order as I cant keep waiting in my car, she said they are backed up and I have to wait, so I ask to please check for my order and she said not ready, wait another 10 min and I asked someone else and guess what? My order was ready by the drive through section, at this point all cold and gross. So the first person I asked didn’t even check. I would never come back here and food prep was awful too

The cashier didn't pay attention to what I was saying and rang up the wrong sandwich. Then she cried and ran away when I corrected her. My sandwich was the best French onion dip I've ever had. My boyfriend said the chili was the best he's ever had. The tea was great and I'm picky about my tea.

I just ordered my lunch online and picked it up,got home and there was absolutely no chicken on my sandwich. I had ordered extra chicken, and paid $2 more,because they never put enough on,so I paid $12 for the sandwich alone .
