We’ve eaten here for ten years already, having discovered Pita Express just on a visit to Hendersonville. From that day on, Lina always remembered our names and treated us like guest family! The food is authentic, healthy and tastes terrific! I have so many food sensitivities, and Lina remembers them always so that my orders are perfect. What kind and caring service we get here! Highly recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Salads and salad combos are available, as well as specific menu items listed as vegetarian. So many items on the vegetarian plate, it’s hard to eat all of it.Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten and dairy free, plus have had several trial dietary eliminations and all have been accommodated here.Parking: Even shade parking is available!Kid-friendliness: And dog friendly with outdoor seating!

The service is excellent! Nicest person ever takes care of you. The food is good - just that it is pre-cooked, and was not fresh or hot. But it is very good, and quality is great. The place is small, and very un-decorated. Feels very 70's takeout. But it feels charmed while you are there!!

This is my favorite place to eat lunch in Hendersonville. Fresh and amazing. Great service and incredible food. The owner Lina is generous and amazing and full of positive energy. Her smile lights up the place. I highly recommend Pita Express. The food and service are great. The dessert is amazing. Lina makes sure that everyone is happy especially the gluten free people like me. I had the bird's nest and it was like a taste of heaven. My husband and I eat there regularly since we moved from SC, and have never had bad food or service. Also, I took a cooking class with Lina and she did not disappoint! She was on top of everything and took care of everyone. If you haven't been here, you have to try it! The restaurant is too small and always packed and difficult to move around, but still excellent service, and atmosphere is clean and relaxed. It's worth it.Try it once and you'll be hooked.Dietary restrictions: It is amazing place for dairy free and gluten free

We were on our way to Cashiers and stopped off for a quick bite. The best Mediterranean food I’ve had in a long time. The Gyro combo (includes a side Greek salad) was perfect. The lamb was spiced perfectly and was so tender. The soft pita bread was remarkable. The yogurt dressing was light and flavorful. Haven’t had a better gyro in a long time. It is an unassuming little place in a strip mall. The lady who runs this place seemed to know everyone who walked in. A popular little place in town.
