Pizza Hut

I just came from pizza hut got the ultimate deal, ordered pepperoni and a supreme I got 2 pepperoni, NOT what I ordered!!!!!!! We were NOT happy at ALL!!!!!!

Didn't get food. No one acknowledged me at the front counter for a good 5.or more minutes. Lots of employees hustling around but no service. I walked out!

Sweet chili wings were sooo good and spicy!

Unusual but terrible today. Salad bar low, late putting our pizza order in, came to tell us pizza was ready but no clean spatula, finally got a clean one and brought our pizza out.......made WRONG. Sitting here again waiting for correct pizza. Terrible. Terrible service. Final insult after all that was our server tol us, and others, we had nothing to complain about. We asked several times to speak with the manager. They were never avail for us.

I just did takeout but when I went in to get my pizza the place seemed dirty and unorganized.

Saw sign about buffet and called to see when served-? Only at lunch? Called number and held for 5 minutes. Called back and used option 1 and 2. Person answered did not know. Please post hours on big sign as well post on website

New management is really working!

The service is slow. I literally watched people that came in after me get their food before me

$15 for 2 medium burnt hard pizzas. This used to be our favorite place for pizza but sadly the last 2 times ordering to go they have been barely edible. If we weren't so hungry they would have gone in the trash and to add insult to injury they had the nerve to ask for a tip, when we placed the order online and when we didn't add one on the app they asked again when my husband picked them up. Guess we'll be giving Marcos a try next time.

Love the 6.99 Hut box deals. Heather is a great waitress and took very good care of us.

First of all our waitress was great even though she was the only one working the tables, she did wonderful. Now the food was so so. We got the salad bar with our meals and had to pay $8.99 per person. They were three of us so it was over $26 just for the salads. The three of us paid $78.09. We could have went to a nice steak house for that and will next time. The Hendersonville Pizza Hut can keep there runny chicken Alfredo under cooked pizza and EXPENSIVE salad bar that has very few things to choose from and you have to guess what dressing you are getting because the ladles are all in the wrong place with stuff from the bar in it. Also the veggies were big as heck chunks and the lettuce was brown. Very disappointed and they ought to be ashamed of the way they are running that place.

New manager John Anderson is definitely doing things the right way.The place needed some one like him in charge !
