The food was amazing but what made the trip here so much better was Jasmine our waitress she was so nice and working all areas quickly and efficiently on her own this woman made our experience absolutely amazing

My husband and I ate there Monday night and both of us got food poisoning. I have tried to call numerous times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone.
I may never eat pizza again from being so sick.

Ordered pizza from pizza hut this afternoon after working 2 double shifts at the hospital and going back for my 3rd double shift tonight wanting my kids to get some dinner before I had to be back at work when my order got there it was missing a pizza and half of my specialty pizza was burnt and cold I was on hold with pizza hut for 22 min I proceeded to to drive to the store while on the phone with them on hold got to the store only to be told he was too busy to answer the phone he had other customers then proceeded to say ow well that's how the customer service industry is and I looked mad and he wanted to know what he was supposed to do so I said we'll fix it I paid delivery fee plus tip plus the pizza and I still had to come to the store half asleep to get it I was then told o we'll that's how life is and I should wait for 7 min for it no refund of any sort no apologies no nothing this is a complete joke

I ordered the Big New Yorker and breadsticks. They were made quickly and were great prices! The food is always delicious and hot. Mike was very helpful and friendly. He made sure my order was perfect. Thank you , Mike, and all the Pizza Hut staff for making me such a delicious lunch and making my day much brighter !

Was doing some Christmas shopping and wanted to grab a pizza and a salad walked in and the dinning area had people sitting in it eating but was refused to be seated and this was 10 minutes before 8 would not recommend trying to eat something for a late dinner after 7

Tonight (12/13/2024) I placed my order online at 5:55 with a estimated delivery time of 6:55 after 20 min past that time i decided to call because my order still had not said it was even being made, I then sat on hold for 20 min and after no one answered i decided to just drive out there myself hoping to get some kind of decent refund for the long wait and having to drive out there, I was offered the $5 delivery fee back and to stand and wait for the manager who mind you was standing right there looking at me cutting pizzas for a unspecified amount of time. Since at this point I had already waiting almost 2 hours for my food for my family i decided to go home and get the food to them. We were all able to eat 2+ hours after the original order placement. Not to mention the food wasn’t great but that’s besides the point.

Keeps putting me on hold and never comes back

Wanted pizza tonight for dinner and wanted to give Pizza Hut another chance since we haven't had them in a while. Placed a delivery order and we did not receive all of our order. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes. I finally gave up and had to hung up the phone.

Slow. Over priced. Screaming children running around everywhere during school day. Would not recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday at Pizza Hut, and I just wanted to take a moment to highlight how exceptional our server, Jasmine, was. From the moment we walked in, she greeted our family with a warm smile and made sure we felt right at home. Throughout the meal, Jasmine was incredibly attentive, checking in on us just the right amount without interrupting our conversation. She ensured that every detail was taken care of, from bringing out our food promptly to refilling drinks without us having to ask. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our celebration special. Her friendly attitude and excellent service truly elevated our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better server. Thank you, Jasmine, for making our birthday celebration at Pizza Hut so memorable!

On 10/27, called in a to go order at 7:07pm and the order was confirmed for pickup at 7:45pm. Got there at 7:45 to pick up the order and they had cancelled our order, said they close the store at 8pm. Another customer pulled up to pick up there order at the same time and their order was cancelled also.

My last order from pizza hut. Delivery time was estimated 30 to 40 minutes. Pizza didn't show up for 2 and half hours. Which i can deal with. But all 4 pizzas were cold and dry because there was no sauce on them. Three of the pizzas were the new tavern crust and all three were so dry it felt like it shredded my mouth the same as dry captain crunch would. If the pizza had enough sauce it wouldn't be a problem. The extra cheese was not extra cheese and the 2 pepperoni pizzas were very skimpy on the pepperoni. Seems like the manager at this location is trying to save on inventory cost and/or the employees are just not putting the right amounts of toppings.The last time we tried placing an order for delivery we waited over 2 hours and couldn't get anyone on the phone so I ended up driving to the store to find out what was going on just to be told my order was getting canceled because their closing at 7pm now. No communication. We won't be returning to pizza hut after this. Employees there do not care to do their jobs. Deals aren't even deals anymore. Used to get a specialty pizza for 12.99 now it's 16.99. 1 Topping deal is 12.99 now. No thanks. Prices are to high for the disappointing product ya'll are sending out. This place used to be our go to pizza. Not anymore. Will stick to local places and not greedy chain places.

The staff was pretty gross. I lost my appetite waiting for my pickup order. They are all pretty big and greasy, and no one uses gloves.
