Worthless pizza joint. No one knows how to answer the phone! My order was never delivered! Don't waste your time! Probably best if they just shut down. Not my first issue with this location.

Upon finishing a four hour drive we wanted to to order delivery that was timely and provided fresh pizza. I was assured the delivery would be no more than thirty minutes which was acceptable. To be short and concise…the order was not delivered for an hour and fifteen minutes and the food came at room temperature. For spending 37 dollars to get a medium pizza and a personal pan cheese I would expect something far better. Without a doubt, next time I’m in Hendersonville I will know to definitely not dine or order food from this location as the service and food comes nowhere near meeting the price point. Mgmt…no response is necessary. The last thing I desire is for you to placate me by telling me you appreciate me sharing your locations short comings. Instead…maybe take corrective measures and actually offer customers a decent product and service for the price they pay.

Great food, amazing customer service, and wonderful experience all around. I know this store has gone through some changes lately and what they have done is working so well. Jamie the manager is top notch too!Kid-friendliness: Always a great place for kids.
Jaime and staff were amazing, they were extremely friendly to us and the pizza came out piping hot and fresh. The toppings on the supreme stuffed crust pizza were evenly spaced throughout the whole pizza which is important to me because I want every bite to incorporate every topping. So good definitely will be back very soon.

Haven't ordered from this location in years due to the bad quality and service. Was told they had a new manager and they were working on turning the location around. We ordered a pan and a thin crust on a Friday night, we went into pick up and although the staff was short handed, they were all hustling and the pizzas were much better. I'd say give the new manager a little time and this should be a quality location from our recent experience.

This place was an absolute wreck. It was a Thursday night so I expected more traffic than usual, BUT!Order was placed on app. Once the order was ready for pickup my son walked in to get the order. After 10 minutes of waiting in the truck I decided to walk in to see what was taking so long.Absolute chaos!!!! Woman at counter was rude. Finally after waiting 5 more minutes in the store she tells the kids working in the back to give me my pizza. Had to ask for ranch that I included in the order which is a ridiculous $1.09 additionally. So frustrated that we got out of the zoo that was the pick up area, which bled into the dirty dining area.Now the kicker, once we were home, to our surprise it was the wrong pizza. Imagine that. Total incompetency at this place. Be weary of it.

Didn't get my order right. Ordered extra sauce for pizza and there was hardly any on the pizza. Cheese sticks was cut and there was only enough sauce for 1 1/2 sticks. Was pathetic.Parking: Parking okay unless there is a lot of people.

The food was really, really good and deserved a 5 star review, BUT the dining room needed a deep cleaning! The biggest issue was the employees yelling at each across the restaurant! One employee was standing in the middle of the dining room YELLING at a coworker behind the cash register to fold the pizza boxes so that they could get out of there by 4:00.
