Food is good, usually. The staff can have entitled attitudes. The slushy drinks taste a little on "the machine needs to be cleaned thoroughly".

As a frequent customer of Sonic Drive-In, I can confidently say this location consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Jason was great about getting my sister's messed up order correct, he and his crew set the example of great qsr service. As a General Manager of another QSR chain, this crew would be the type of crew and management I'd love in my own store.

We had a big order and went through the drive-thru. The employee had a hard time hearing me, and two of the drinks were wrong, but other than that, everything else was fine. We got our food faster than I thought we would, so that was a bonus. We were also able to buy two bags of ice which we desperately needed.

This place is just horrible!!! I order 3 bacon breakfast burritos, small tot, medium sprite! They tried to give me a small sprite and said they rang up a small sprite and I said well I ordered a medium and I want my medium!! Then get home and instead of the bacon breakfast burritos I ordered its 3 super sonic spicy breakfast burritos!!! Jalapeño peppers which we do not eat spicy stuff!! This place does NOT care to listen to what the customer actually orders they just give you what they want to give you!!! Customer service is horrible at this place and they just don’t care!! not the first time this has happened here! I’m done!! Because I will not be able to control my tongue if I have to deal with the incompetence of you people again!! Rude!! Rude!! Rude!!! Mistakes happen but when it continues to happen time and time again it’s not a mistake it’s a behavior by not listening to the customer and not caring what the customer orders!!

Today is last trip to this sonic. Horrible service workers do not listen. Four trips all four screwed up because they chose to not listen. I'm done with people on jobs that basically could care less. Well ordered six smash burgers. No pickles. Girl taking order said so that's one burger no pickles. Duh. I corrected her very short voiced. Good grief get your ears tuned in to what a customer says. Got home had six burgers one large tea.sandwiches not correct. So called corporate. I flat told him what happened what has occurred four times straight at this sonic. Don't make excuses for people messing up four times. Get with the workers at that store. I'm basically Done with this kind of service. We were taught give a man a days work for days pay or don't waste their time!!!! More need to work by that. It's missing in workers now a days. So bad review lost customers and word of mouth about experiences. I'm DONE with them!!!!
