This isn't a big improvement from the last location. I work late and came at 11:30 but apparently they closed earlier. And on a Friday night. Couldn't bother updating their hours I guess.

Not going to waist my time giving the latest description of how poor the sonic is ran. I’ll just say, I’ve lived all over the US and been to Sonics all over and this one takes the cake. Literally the worst sonic ever. Terrible service, terrible food and the management doesn’t seem to care in the least. With cook out a block a way, it won’t be long and this place will be closed

I went through the drive thru and asked for an iced coffee easy ice because they usually fill the cup up with ice and barely get a few sips before it’s empty. I had to repeat my order 3 times. They asked was the order correct on the screen. I said as long as you please put light ice. Please. They said ok we got you. My coffee was literally filled to the very top with ice. I was nice and respectful they did that on purpose. There’s literally a loud speaker that the entire restaurant can hear when you order from the drive thru. The manager said it was just a miscommunication. How when I said 4 times and they heard each and every time over the loud speaker. Try again. Picture shows coffee after it’s empty of liquid. That’s pure ice shown in the photo

Not impressed. Used to visit frequently. Stopped because it was rarely good. Wanted a milkshake so we stopped by again. Grandson wanted french fries with his. Honestly think they turn the salt shaker over into his fries. It was so obvious when we took them out of the bag. There's no way they didn't notice that. Fries were crystallized with salt. Unfortunately we did the drive-thru and didn't notice until we were too far away to return them. Called to inform, they didn't care, we got the run-around so I just said forget it. While we do love their milkshakes, too pricey and definitely not enough flavor. Paid extra to have banana added to peanut butter milkshake. Could not taste it at all. Oh well, just move on to a better milkshake elsewhere. Airport road location barely speaks broken English. Assuming it's the owners? We definitely had communication issues. No worries, moved on. Lol

took 20 minutes too get my order and then they gave me 2 bottom buns and i pebble of sauce worse sonic ive ever eaten at don’t waste your time
Food was very fresh, hot and exceptionally good. Dr pepper was the best!

The staff working here are completely incompetent and unsanitary. My order was simple. The lady who took my order told me they would mix in chocolate syrup with my blast instead I got a glob on top of my blast! Here is what has me super upset; when I said something about it the woman working the window was going to take my drink back to fix it. You take the food a customer touches back through the window. No way! I'm on chemo and I don't trust the food safety of this place. What a waste of $7 threw it away!

5 stars. My son loves this Sonic. The store manager is an amazing person and when I had an issue with my order he fixed it right away and was very apologetic. We love the smash burgers! Very friendly and fast service.
