Whew. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place with more depressing, hateful management. I overheard one of the managers talking poorly about another customer to his colleagues. Despite how you might feel about your guests- they’re paying you to do a service. Your thoughts can stay inside your head while you’re clocked in. This is truthfully something I witness almost every time I come in to this location. Drinks are never made consistently. They “sell out” of everything on the app when they are short staffed to prevent people from going there. If you can’t handle the workload, hire more staff or train your staff to handle the rush. As a business owner, I’d never allow my employees to behave this way. Fix your “leadership” team or find leaders that know how to act.

Don't door dash from this place. What I thought was a simple order, took over an hour to get. Not to mention it was luke warm when my wife got it. My order had been handed off since my previous dasher ditched the order due to service being so slow. My new dasher was filled in about the situation and asked the crew to remake my drink since she saw the time on the cup. Of course they refused and told my dasher I could contact door dash for a refund if it was cold.(I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY DRINK HOT) Manager didn’t offer any sort of compensation other than taking my name for a ‘remake’ whenever I had the chance. I live out of state. I would absolutely love to drive an hour for a pumpkin spice latte. Manager didn’t care to make the situation better. DoorDash isn’t cheap and neither is Starbucks. I paid 15$ for a TALL lukewarm PSL For my wife. Def won’t be wasting time there again.

They were friendly enough but lots of confusion. Very long drive through line and workers inside seemed overloaded.

The service was Meh. My food was ready way before my coffee. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to make eye contact with me. I tried to get someone’s attention, but no. I felt invisible. The focus was clearly on the drive-thru.
Love the Java chip!
Nothing against the people who work there. I find it interesting that every time Starbucks has an app special this location is sold out or will not allow app orders. I doubt it's a coincidence.
The customer service here stands out compared to most Starbucks. Many of them have above and beyond positive energy and treat you like you’re a friend
Drive thru was moving pretty fast. Loud speaker box! Clean, friendly. I think their tip suggestions are broken though. It's rude to ask for a tip at a drive thru even if it's automated.
Cally, thank you! You guys, this is by far the best Starbucks staff I encountered yet!!

Got a screw in my tire as soon as we pulled into the parking lot.

Margret (the cashier) was super sweet!
I went with my 2 little sisters and my mom.
Unfortunately, they messed up my mom's and youngest sisters' orders.
1. They forgot to tell us they took my youngest sister's drink off the menu, so they made it a blended drink instead of frozen.
2. They also forgot to make my mom's with oat milk instead of regular milk.
Besides that it was amazing and I will enjoy my drink on my trip home.
Great coffee and the drive was super fast even though they were quite busy!
Atmosphere might sound unfair, it's inside a grocery store otherwise would've been perfect.
Saw commercial and really wanted MATCHA!
FOOD- I didn't try yet.
Their corporate philosophy is impacting service in a negative way. I don't need cute little flowers or sayings drawn on my coffee cup, I prefer faster service. They seem to have lost their way.
The staff was terrific and respectful they served me and they was quick
