Came here At 2pm on a Sunday and the woman was extremely rude and said they were out of blonde espresso and pumpkin cold foam and you can here her attitude through the speaker just was not up to Starbucks standards

Whoever is managing this place is not doing a good job. I went and sat in the Drive-Thru that you can't get out of for 30 plus minutes. Today. Was late to work. Because people could not get lids or the venti size because they were out of cups. Whoever does the ordering should do a better job.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Starbucks in Flat Rock is walk-up/drive-thru only ~ the first one we’ve ever been to without an inside, so no restroom available 😒 Drinks were good as always, but the wait at the walk-up was pretty long. The drive-thru line was moving much faster, but since we were in the dually, that wasn’t an option for us. So we'd probably skip this location next time.

It's just coffee. I ordered through the app. When I picked up my order they were out of dark roast so they offered medium. It was 10:35 AM. This is just a walk up/drive thru place. There is no inside restroom, seating or anything but a parking lot and a drive thru. It's nice for a quick pick up.
