The girl that made my food clearly didn't want to be there! I took about 5 bites of my sandwich only because I was hungry. But I couldn't deal with it so I just ate some cheez-its instead! If people who work in customer service don't like their jobs they need to find somewhere else to work away from the public! She literally put negativity into my food & It was apparent!! Next time we go to Sliding Rock we will not stop to eat here again!!

You know this Subway is always hit or miss. However, tonight, the two girls working around 6:30pm on July 11th, 2025 were very nice and made my food very nicely. I had a wonderful experience and they made it even better. Thank y'all. I hope they continue to employ more people like them!

Went to pick up an online order that I assumed would be in the “mobile pickup” shelf ( it wasn’t but not a problem). I stood at the counter until a lady with red hair and glasses yells at me “What are you looking for”? I told her my mobile order and gave a name. There was an order on the shelf but it wasn’t mine. With an ATTITUDE and pointing at the shelf “that’s not it”? GIRL NO! There was an older woman that had just got there found my order and helped me from there (no issues with her). As I’m leaving out the store I hear the girl with red hair say “She needed to be in line not at the shelf ”. GIRL FOR WHAT and what is YOUR PROBLEM. Crazy thing is , she comes in all the time at my job. So next time I see you at my job I’ll be sure to give you the same ATTITUDE.

Don’t listen to what you ask for, put things I did not want on my sandwich, are very rude when you try to let them know what you’d like. Quick to wrap up your sandwich even if you aren’t done ordering.

Placed order online. Picked up order at the time it was to be ready. My wife ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with sweet teriyaki sauce only to find out they did not have it. All they offered for the inconvenience was a “sorry”.

i’d leave negative stars if i could very rude workers. walked in and was IGNORED. then i was told they had an italian and not the sweet onion teriyaki. then i asked for the italian instead and BOTH got in an attitude. i was gonna dine in but at the point i was at i just decided to go to my vehicle. then that’s when i realized they didn’t add everything i asked and it was the wrong cheese. if u are gonna have an attitude then dont work somewhere that requires you to talk to people. i get if you had a bad day but i have to but u dont see me giving attitude instead of service. l will NOT be returning.

The food was good and the atmosphere was fine. My problem with this location was the two young men making sandwiches weren't wearing their visors/hats correctly or at all. One young man had his on upside down and backwards, the other was wearing it around his neck like a necklace. The average human loses 30-60 hairs in an 8 hour time span, meaning those young men had 30-60 opportunities for one of their hairs to end up in someone's food, assuming they worked an 8 hour shift. That is disgusting. Although my food didn't have a hair, I'm hesitant to eat there again unless this is resolved. My visit to this location was on Sunday, February 9th around 1:00-1:30. The entire staff needs a reminder about proper hat wearing, but especially the two young men who worked the sandwich line at that time.

Went in today, got a 12' cold cut. The 2 workers were very friendly and made a perfect sandwich! I don't normally go to this location. It was VERY clean and well lit.
