They are so rude, they don’t remember what toppings or bread or whatever we have asked for. They are act like they are confused than they made us confused….this is the worst subway i have ever visit…they are on the call talking with someone. They are racist. Other than that my half of the toppings came out from the sub. Very disappointed to come here.

Constant talking/complaining about other employees, on the line and not quietly and literally right in front of customers. The guy infront of me had to wait for them to pause, not finish- just pause their conversation.. just to be acknowledged. It was slow, so there was plenty of time for talking when it cleared out.
I get it- kids work here and work ethic is on a terrible downward spiral and everyone else has to pick up the slack.... but so is customer service and know the right time and place for those kind of conversations.
I orded a monster sub sandwich this is definitely not a monster sub all I did is pay extra for extra meat and got this it lacks more veggies and is just not appealing
