12/2724 I went through the drive thru ( see receipt for order) and my taco supreme turned out to be a regular soft taco. I was going to go through the drive-thru and I decided to just go inside and I let the girl know that I did not get my taco supreme and she looked at it and she threw it in the garbage and she asked the young man in the back to remake my taco supreme. He gave me all that juice and there was very little me and it looked full because of all the lettuce she put in it. I was hungry so I didn't get a picture
12/20/2025 UPDATE YOU NEED TO TEMPORALLY CLOSE THIS DOWN AS YOU RENOVATE THIS LOCATION! IT IS DANGEROUSLY UNSAFE TO ENTER DRIVE THRU ON THOMPSON ST COMING FROM 4 SEASONS BLVD. AND BACKS UP TRAFFIC COMING FROM SIGNAL HILL RD. 2 ACCIDENTS IN ONE DAY. I AM VERY BLESSED TO NOT HAVE LOST MY LIFE!!! IT IS A CONSTRUCTION ZONE AND PEOPLE DRIVE RECKLESSLY AS IT IS. WHOEVER FRANCHISES THIS STORE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ENDANGERMENT!!!

Had to wait like 20 minutes, no service with 6 workers in the back, the restaurant is packed and the drive through is constantly flowing but they give no attention to people that are waiting in the lobby, horrible customer service.

I want to like this place. The food is good. However they often choose their dining room early resulting in outrageous drive though lines. I work third shift and even when I give myswlf 10 minutes here it isnt enough time. I'll order ahead in the app and basically have to abandon my order, because I can't cancel it in the app, and literally pay for food I can't afford to wait for. I want to like taco bell but this particular one has problems.

As you can see on our receipt, we waited 29 minutes for Taco Bell! We asked about our food after waiting 25 minutes, showing them how long we had been waiting and all they said was “yeah. We’re working on it.” Dinning room was filthy. Poor service all around.

The service is fast and the food was correct and hot. I live in Arden and the Taco Bell on Hendersonville Rd is not good if you dine in on the dinner shift. But this Hendersonville location is leaps and bounds better. I think I'll just make the drive to Hendo from now on.

People get down on Taco Bell. Not me, I love 4th meal. They always seem to be trying to bring new great menu items with diverse flavors for diverse palets. Price are very friendly. Can eat for $3-$12 easy. Beats any burger chain all day in my book.

None of the food was made correctly. Left stuff off. Took for ever. The two Hispanic ladies were the issue. Maybe they can't read English. I felt like the were racist towards me cause im white. They kept looking at me and talking in Spanish. They skipped my friend and mine order 5 times. Worst taco bell ever
