Donna is fantastic. She is so sweet and nice to interact with. However it's really annoying to be standing there waiting on my order and the employees in the back making it are making rude/judgemental comments about what you ordered. I guess they think their customers can't hear them? Also, maybe if they focused more on working and less on being immature they wouldn't always have a line and the food wouldn't be below average. I definitely think if they weren't talking as .uch that it wouldn't take them almost a full minute to wrap up an already made burrito in paper wrapping. 🤔

Went through the drive through for a #7 combo. That chicken casadilla had NO chicken on it. I could have made myself a cheese sandwich if I wanted just cheese. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! How can you sell chicken casadillas without chicken??!! Paid too much for this meal!

This Taco Bell has really went down hill in the last few months. Last 3 or 4 times I have ordered from this location, items are missing or incorrectly made. The food last night was well below par. Less than one scoop of meat per soft taco, sloppily made, lukewarm and had to wait forever in line. Employees neglect to give napkins, plasticware, and sauce (even the ones you have to pay for) on the regular and will even reassure you that they're in the bag but they're not. I know it's just fast food, but come on.

If anyone reading this knows the owner (no clue if it's independently owned & operated or not) or manager(s) pass this along to them. Tonight was our 2nd time going in a few weeks. Staff both nights were really really. Order was ready really fast, accurate, & fresh. I wish I knew one young man's name in particular. He was super helpful & kind to everyone. For the love of all that's Holy, please keep this crew. If they ask for a raise give it to them!
