It was taco Tuesday and I wanted to try somewhere new. I have driven by this truck too many times to count. Tonight was the night that I was going to stop and get some dinner. Taqueria el Amigo #2 is a fantastic food truck we found after visiting Chimney Rock and Lure Lake. We’ve been traveling in our RV for 13 months and starting near San Diego which is home to the best Mexican food in the USA… I know go Mexican/Central America food.
