Quick service, food is delicious, good sake options. The parking lot is either too small or it's not being watched for people parking and walking downtown Hendersonville. It was full and we were lucky someone was leaving so we could park. Been here twice though, once for lunch and once for dinner and enjoyed it.

The lady that served us was extremely mean she had short hair and glasses I will never go back she’s was terrible rolled her eyes didn’t even talk to us at all she forced us to pay a 20% tip this place is absolutely horrible

We ho here every time we're in Hendersonville, if possible. We always get the Bento Box. They run $14-15 and there us plenty of food. The sweet tea isn't sickening sweet like mist Asian restaurants.

We are writing this review as we are still sat at the restaurant, a first. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. I would come back just for the great service. The lunch deal was amazing too. So much food, we got the three sushi option and it was so much more food than expected. Cozy patio too. Will absolutely be back

I had a poor customer experience recently. I order takeout or delivery from Umi for my family and guests once a week religiously, and I spend several thousand dollars here every year. Recently, online orders have increasingly been having issues. I believe the root of this to be that online orders come in on an iPad and are manually transposed to their internal ordering system.
The reason for leaving the review today is after ordering delivery; I received an incorrect order from Umi; on top of this, they still need to include the sauce that comes with the dishes. As the restaurant was only a few miles away from my house, I drove to the restaurant and asked for the sauce that came with the order after explaining the situation. I was told that sauce cost extra and was begrudgingly given two small packs of sauce by the gentleman manning the host station. Sauce has always been included in the meal, and if you dine in most sauces are in pint jars on the table.There was no recognition or apology for the incorrect order.

We always enjoy the food, atmosphere and service at Umi. We tried the Panamg Curry which was delicious. It is a little spicy.

I love to eat here and the food is always on point but this particular time they forgot to give me 2 miso soups, and I didn't notice until I got all the way home. And then after I showed up to mention the mistake the owner and a random employee argued about it in front of me so I thought that was weird but either way it’s really good food so do with this info as you wish and have an amazing day!
