Still the Best! It’s been awhile since we’ve been here but watching CBS Morning this morning had a feature about a bakery in NYC that reminded us of just how lucky we are to be here in Hendersonville NC. Underground is as gourmet as a bakery can be and the people there are sweeter than their confectionery creations.
The best sourdough! Used to drive to Spartanburg to get sourdough that uses starter until I found this place! Only wish they had better signage outside. I’ve lived in Hendersonville for for more than 9 months.
Great little coffee shop and bakery! Nitro coffee was great on a hot day. Pretzels were really good and warmed up for us to eat. This is the definition of buying and shopping locally made ? so do it! Just terrific ?
