I called to place a ToGo order late morning. I could tell from the background noise they were busy. The girl who took my order, was very nice, did not rush to get me off the phone, read my order back to me..I picked up 20 minutes later. It was packed, people were waiting for seats to open up. As the girl was bagging my food, I looked around at the ENTIRE crew working there, and they were top notch, (organized, helpful to each other, uniforms were neat and not sloppy, very nice, smiles on their faces). I couldn't help.but think, is this being filmed for a WH training video...lol) This was such a refreshing experience to see this in a workplace. Thank You!!!

I’m pretty sure I have reviewed this waffle house before, but I am here to do it again I cannot say enough about how outstanding every worker is at this waffle house. We come here at least three times a month and they are always the best. Great service great food clean environment.

The ladies working this morning were the best! Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a waffle house. MJ was our server and she knew every questions before we had to request anything. Everyone knew everyone walking in and the atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. Thank you for an awesome morning ladies!
This was the worst service from the most inept people I have ever experienced. I got two togo orders. It took an hour. And half of the food was missing. They also made me paid upfront meaning before the food had come out. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

For having remodeled all the locations in WNC, why would you leave the old smoking section wind wall vent untouched?!???!!! It obviously hasn't worked in years, and regardless of how much exterior ceilings cleaning these poor waitresses/waiters have to do there's still visible mold growing from said wind wall. It's so bad the ceiling around the wind wall vent is breaking down and falling.I find it difficult to believe that WAHO provides it's employees with proper PPE to clean this horrific mold infestation.Besides that, this is my favorite WAHO, and has been for decades.
I want to start off by saying my boyfriend and I LOVE Waffle House. You will NOT get a Waffle House experience here. This was beyond HORRIBLE. I don't know how on God's green earth this location has a 4.3 star rating. First off, I might as well have gone behind the counter and made my food myself. The entire staff was fucking off behind the counter while the dining area was basically vacant. It took over 30 mins to get our food (if you even want to call it that) - making our experience almost an hour long. We started to get discouraged at their abilities when they were incapable of bringing our drinks to us after 10 mins. Then watching the cook burn several rounds of hashbrowns and bacon, we knew we were in for a bad time. Long story short, they were incapable of making the waffles for our order - this should speak volumes considering this is a WAFFLE HOUSE. Not only was our food WILDLY disappointing, but they also attempting to overcharge us for food they were incapable of making for our order. Bottom line, this isn't a Waffle House it's an Incompetent House. *mic drop*
