6:00 on a Saturday night and their inside is closed each car takes atleast 10 minutes at the order box outside I had an online order for carry out inside I had to wait in drive thru for over 30 minutes what was the point in ordering ahead online if you still have to wait in the drive thru line this is by far the slowest restaurant in Hendersonville I strongly advise an extreme change in management the money this store is losing from having a dining room closed and moving the drive thru line so slow PLEASE CORPORATE STEP IN

The food was decent, about what you would expect from a fast food place. The service was rather slow, and they hadn't had anyone check the dining room. The tables needed to be wiped off before you could sit down.

I applaud the staff at Wendy's tonight with a small staff, wrapped around the building drive-thru and packed dining room, they were rolling the orders out to perfection with speed and correct no return orders or complaints.
Both cashiers kept a good attitude, and remained polite while they were multitasking taking the orders and packing them.
I watched the drive thru cashier memorize orders in his ear, while placing food in the bag then going to the register to type it in.
My food was fresh, hot and delicious. This could be the reason they were packed with customers, aside from the good food, good customer service is appreciated.

Don’t know what happened I love Wendy’s most time guys do great this night I order burgers no cheese . Got cheese order 6 nuggets with bbq did not get it and fries were cold . My drink not filled all. The way they ran out not a big deal . And no straw or napkins. This 1st had an issue most time you guys are on point. And my frosty was soup very sad

The food is okay. Longish waits and the staff seem to either completely miserable or have a seriously bad attitude. I feel sorry for them every time I stop and get food at this location.
The Quality and standard of the food presentation is outstanding. The food tastes amazing and they have great value combo deals and then they have the upper end combination meals great food great service good deals high quality.
Parking: Plenty of open and safe parking. Easy to get in and out of cars and easy to find a parking spot and easy to get in and out of the store
