They got good food, the people are alright, but they move slow....at 12 pm on a weekday, it's usually packed and you'll hafta wait. So if you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a number one combo large with a sweet tea. $11.01. Received a sweet tea no straw a blue spoon( not sure what for) small fries, and a single cold burger patties on an untoasted bun. Did not have any toppings.

I’m pretty sure I was given a returned meal. I have never had food that old given to me from any fast food chain in my life. It wasn’t even edible. I’m pretty sure they prepped the sandwiches AND fries some time around 11am and then serve them all day. Gross

First of all the guy at the speaker taking orders is rude and very impatient need to learn some customer service skills. I ordered a sandwich meal and got some nuggets and a baked potato over $20 didn't get half the shit that I ordered and what I did get was cold fries. For the amount of money they are charging people for the quality of food they are giving they need to make it up with their customer service they are dropping the ball completely all the way around. Very unhappy with my service that I received their don't even know about the food I haven't even tried it the service made me so mad I wanted to leave the review before I ate.

Food poisoning. Had a Son of Baconator for lunch. By 4pm I was having chills, fever and weakness. Came home and slept it off. Will never eat here again.

There were 4 people in front of me in line when I arrived. The staff did not greet anyone, didn't say a word for at least 5 minutes. The 2 guys at the front of the line got fed up and left separately. Then the father and son in front of me ordered and I took my order. The girl at the counter was kind, but had almost zero customer service and I don't think it is her fault. The guys in the kitchen were cussing and the atmosphere in there was not good. They were angry about the system, angry about the lack of products, sounds like a lack of leadership in there. It is fast food, but Dave would have been ashamed of this place. The food was good though they did not put mustard on my wife's burger and forgot to take off the onion, and left off a jr. Frosty. So I would say the food was good, but management needs to be encouraged to do better or be replaced. They were out of ranch, they were out of baked potatoes, they were out of drink carriers, the tea had something floating in it, like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while.
