Friendly enough workers but this is hands down the slowest Wendy's I've ever encountered. Corporate needs to look into this franchise and why it is so consistently understaffed and poorly operated.

After sitting in the drive-through for 25 minutes I decided to go inside only to be told it’ll be just a few minutes are you running a restaurant or do you have a government office in there? This was the epitome of fast food I don’t know how the food was because I never got served. I spent my whole Lunchtime, waiting in line to leave with no food either hire people who work or close your doors. .

This location and my experience on two occasions was horrible. I go specifically for baked potatoes both times at dinner around 6 pm. Before I place my complete order I asked do they have baked potatoes and both times they said no. I told the employee they need to cook more when they run out it’s no way near close to closing time where I know about waist. I managed restaurants for over 30 years. Also the store was filthy dirty. They simply could have swept the 1000 fries off the floor. They only had 2 guests in the entire restaurant. It was conditions I would expect to see in a rough area. I guess good management and help is hard to come by these days. I’ll never be back

This Wendy’s is going down hill. 15 minute wait minimum, the entire drink is ice, they tell you to pull up to the door to trick their timers. America is dying
This place is the worst! You sit in drive through for 10 mins before they speak to you. Then you pay and you sit longer it took 20 mins to get a freaking cheese burger. The manager needs to fix this or close it down and bring Culver’s to Hendersonville!
I went to drive through so cannot speak on the atmosphere. The food was fresh and hot. The service was good but the person at the drive-thru window never spoke or grunted at me. He handed me my food took my payment and looked at me as if he couldn't speak. There needs to be better training and these young people need to know how to communicate.

I specifically asked for a loaded nacho chicken sandwich and a beef patty to be added but because the trainee was not listening I was rang up as a loaded nacho double cheeseburger.Even though it wasn't that far off from what I asked for I did not get what I asked for.The cherry on top was it literally took 15 minutes to receive my order.Now I have 15 minutes to devour my food and get back to work.Thanks Wendy's for wasting half of my lunch break.

Don't even bother going after 9:30pm. They stop serving frosties at 10pm, took 35 minuites to get a burger, nuggets and coke. When I did finally get my food it was hot and tasty, only reason I'm not giving 1 star.
