Some of the rudest people in the drive thru... but when I went in side the young gentleman out front was very nice....I will say I messed up and accidentally put dine in when I meant drive true but I had a hungry toddle scream and I was trying figure out the best deal on the app... but when I went thru the drive true they practically were yelling at me because of an honest mistake.... It might have been a hassle for me but I would have minded it as much if the lady was a little nicer and more understanding of a mistake...

Girl at the window was super rude because I didn't know that a certain dish is added to another one. I would definitely rate this in the negative if I could. I called to complain about the rudeness only to be talking to that girl who just happened to be the manager. Imagine that. I have a lot to say about this individual but Google would ban me for life.Steer clear of the Spartanburg Hwy. location.

Went thru the drive thru around 7pm on 1/3/24. Ordered a double baconator classic with my preferred toppings, a large fries and large drink. Got everything I asked for except the bacon. I smashed that delicious burger and fries anyway. Would have been a 5 star rating if the bacon was on it......JS. ?

I enjoyed our meal and they even verified if I wanted no bun on my order or would like a lettuce bun. Service was good and they were polite. Only complaint was lobby needed touched up a bit.

So I walked in, went to order my food. The lady behind the register told me after I ordered my food, we can only except exact change, we'll how in the world was I supposed to know this. She was very rude. Then gave me my order with attitude. Gave me my drink with no ice I asked if there was an ice shortage also. Which she gave me more attitude. I will NEVER go back to that Wendy's again

Sadly, this place gets worse and worse instead of better... Or even staying the same. I've visited every 6 months for the last 2 years, thinking that they'll straighten out their problems, but it just gets worse. Love the frosties... Hate the service.

This Wendy's ALWAYS gets our order wrong and we consistently ask for NO CHEESE and they put cheese on our food EVERY TIME after repeatedly telling them NOT to put cheese in our food. Don't ever go to this Wendy's their dirty and can't get anything right!!!

Do drive thru and order the fries without salt. Delicious!! Just the smallest hint of salt and you can really taste the potato flavor. Also, they make them fresh on the spot for you so no old fries to (not) enjoy.

Made a mobile order and didn’t know that the pretzel pub burgers were discontinued and ordered them. I got a single and my husband got a double and paid extra for blue cheese and regular cheese $0.35 extra each. We got to the window and the manager said that she can give us the equivalent to the pub burger and gave us baconators. They didn’t have the extra that my husband paid for and we called and the manager answered and she was like you said you didn’t want anything but the baconators.
