Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

So I get up there I order large fry no seasoning it comes to $3.09 I am the girl a five-dollar bill and a dime she hands me $1.81 back I said honey I gave you a $5 bill and a dime she said right your change would have been $1.91 you gave me a dime so it made the change a I said sweetheart you don't take the extra dime off of my change you take it off of what I owe and she still didn't get it another lady had to come over and explain it to her and just finally told her to just give me $2 and be done with it. I thought this girl's going to have an aneurysm trying to figure out how to give me change for $5.10 for a bill that was $2.09 either quit hiring these young and the King add subtract or at least get him a calculator and teach them how to use it.

Always love the food but beware of the sanitation. Wife said the last person that left the bathroom didn't wash their hands. I noticed it was the manager she was referring to.

Went here for lunch, and got the chicken sandwich. Ended up getting a food born bacteria in my stomach from raw chicken. Still recovering. If I could give a zero star I would.

Big boy Joseph was taking my order he was super fat I mean fast but once my order came out he took a fry and a tender cause he was hungry but it’s ale best employee here tho 🔥

I never leave reviews but had to come say this place was AWFUL. I am not even a picky eater and never complain but this was truly the most disgusting meal I have ever had!!! Ice cold fries, cold chicken, tasted like it had been made a week ago. Employees do NOT care. Just wanted to make a review in case it helps at least one person avoid this place. I’m disgusted.

I've ordered here 2 weeks in a row and have gotten the wrong sauce. The food is correct but when order the spicy Zaxbys sauce, I don't want the sweet and spicy which is what i got the last 2 times. The small instances make a big difference!

This chicken made me more blacker then what I am now,💯

You’d think after 6 years they would improve in any way shape or form but this location continues to be the worst zaxbys there is within 60miles with the all time trashiest employees who literally don’t care whatsoever for the customer. Foods never warm fries are always old as hell as if they were made in the morning and even when the employee doesn’t put your kid on all the way and you spill your drink everywhere they just laugh instead of offering any kind of assistance or napkins so yeah hands down the worst location there is and the worst zaxbys I’ve ever had.

The quality has gone way down. The service in this particular location has been dismissive and disappointing

got the shrimp and a grilled chicken sandwhich the shrimp were ok i was kinda shocked but they were good the tomatos and lettuce on the bun were rotten and made the bun soggy and stink i pulled the chicken off and washed it and put it on bread not acceptable for a 7 dollar sandwhich i got a cookie too it was ediable but barely

My daughter ordered her lunch here ( Highland Square Drive) and I just got a drink. They gave her the wrong dinner instead of BBQ sauced, they gave her Buffalo Sauced, the manager was extremely hateful. And said her order was correct and she wouldn't fix it. I had to go back in and talk to the manager about the order which was still wrong. She said it was correct and I said no this is Buffalo Sauced. She hatefully said what you want me to make a new one. I said I would like the order to be correct. The manager took it back and 5 minutes later she showed me the order. It was still not correct, fries were cold, drinks were bad. They also have mold on the toilet bowls in the women's restroom and caked on urine in the handicap stall
