Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

0/10 got takeout and my bread was stale & chicken cold and old.

Honestly, this restaurant has gone down hill. I went through drive thru the employees are short and rude to you, they don’t even tell you the total until you get to the window, they shove the food in your hands. And if you have to go in to have them correct the food or get something they forget they are even more rude to you. Not to mention when I got my food the fries were ice cold and my sandwich was all over my fries and looked like it had been thrown in the box. Absolutely awful, this is the closet one to me. But never will I go back to this restaurant .

I do like zaxbys chicken especially the tongue torch fingers. I dont eat bread or potatoes or cheese sticks so sides a limited for me. But really great salads or always served here. Buffalo blue is the one I go for. Blue cheese dressing is pretty Decent as far as fast food dressings go.

Great place to stop by to grab a bite to eat. Ordered food and it was ready in less than 5 mins and it was fresh and hot! I'm not a local but it's definitely better than my local Zaxby's

Disappointed. Chicken wasn't done enough. Slaw & fries was fine. Son got sick. Still has upset stomach. Diahrrea

So I get up there I order large fry no seasoning it comes to $3.09 I am the girl a five-dollar bill and a dime she hands me $1.81 back I said honey I gave you a $5 bill and a dime she said right your change would have been $1.91 you gave me a dime so it made the change a I said sweetheart you don't take the extra dime off of my change you take it off of what I owe and she still didn't get it another lady had to come over and explain it to her and just finally told her to just give me $2 and be done with it. I thought this girl's going to have an aneurysm trying to figure out how to give me change for $5.10 for a bill that was $2.09 either quit hiring these young and the King add subtract or at least get him a calculator and teach them how to use it.

Always love the food but beware of the sanitation. Wife said the last person that left the bathroom didn't wash their hands. I noticed it was the manager she was referring to.

Went here for lunch, and got the chicken sandwich. Ended up getting a food born bacteria in my stomach from raw chicken. Still recovering. If I could give a zero star I would.

Big boy Joseph was taking my order he was super fat I mean fast but once my order came out he took a fry and a tender cause he was hungry but it’s ale best employee here tho 🔥

I never leave reviews but had to come say this place was AWFUL. I am not even a picky eater and never complain but this was truly the most disgusting meal I have ever had!!! Ice cold fries, cold chicken, tasted like it had been made a week ago. Employees do NOT care. Just wanted to make a review in case it helps at least one person avoid this place. I’m disgusted.
