Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Extremely rude employees at night.

I've ordered here 2 weeks in a row and have gotten the wrong sauce. The food is correct but when order the spicy Zaxbys sauce, I don't want the sweet and spicy which is what i got the last 2 times. The small instances make a big difference!

This chicken made me more blacker then what I am now,💯

Good food

You’d think after 6 years they would improve in any way shape or form but this location continues to be the worst zaxbys there is within 60miles with the all time trashiest employees who literally don’t care whatsoever for the customer. Foods never warm fries are always old as hell as if they were made in the morning and even when the employee doesn’t put your kid on all the way and you spill your drink everywhere they just laugh instead of offering any kind of assistance or napkins so yeah hands down the worst location there is and the worst zaxbys I’ve ever had.

The quality has gone way down. The service in this particular location has been dismissive and disappointing

got the shrimp and a grilled chicken sandwhich the shrimp were ok i was kinda shocked but they were good the tomatos and lettuce on the bun were rotten and made the bun soggy and stink i pulled the chicken off and washed it and put it on bread not acceptable for a 7 dollar sandwhich i got a cookie too it was ediable but barely

My daughter ordered her lunch here ( Highland Square Drive) and I just got a drink. They gave her the wrong dinner instead of BBQ sauced, they gave her Buffalo Sauced, the manager was extremely hateful. And said her order was correct and she wouldn't fix it. I had to go back in and talk to the manager about the order which was still wrong. She said it was correct and I said no this is Buffalo Sauced. She hatefully said what you want me to make a new one. I said I would like the order to be correct. The manager took it back and 5 minutes later she showed me the order. It was still not correct, fries were cold, drinks were bad. They also have mold on the toilet bowls in the women's restroom and caked on urine in the handicap stall

It couldn’t have been better in and out in 3mins and everything was nice hot and fresh best Zaxby’s ever. Want to shake the managers hand.

So went by there tonight at 745 pulled in drive thru sat there no one came so went in lights on 2 girls sitting in lobby and a young lady told us they were closed. I said your sign says 930 you close she said they closed because of snow. Guess what there is no snow on the ground so I ask her what snow. She had nothing to say. Probably want be back. It is a sham too.

The lunch crew were great. They had great customer service. They really looked like they enjoyed their job, were having fun, and at the same time were giving great fast service. Kudos to the whole staff!

Wow! Great drive through experience today. Woman who took my order was professional and kind, and food was in hand less than 5 mins pipping hot! Absolutely great job.

Tacos were surprisingly good. I would recommend adding a couple to your order. Zensation is always good!

Update....3 years later...still hit or miss...this visit we were served cold chicken sandwiches. Disappointing to say the least to spend $25 and get this quality.

You never know what you're going to get here. Salads usually missing ingredients and sauce that are supposed to be on chicken.
