Went to dinner last night and *chefs kiss* to your kitchen and wait staff. We enjoyed the Tiger wings (my husband's absolute favorite wing sauce), deliciously, tender ribeye and the best potato soup EVER! Our server Tina was amazing! Busting her hump busy but still anticipating our needs. Also, she refused to give up the soup recipe! I need it! 😫 We had a wonderful dinner. ☆☆☆☆☆
Extremely rude and unprofessional treatment toward our party of 8. Had been waiting 45 minutes on a table only because a group of customers was camping out on the other half. There were two other booths open, which we asked about. The host told us it was two different sections to which we asked if the servers could swap tables (I have worked in a busy restaurant and this is very common in order to accommodate guests). maybe if you automatically charge a gratuity, the waitresses should make sure the order is correct. one of the burgers ordered with ketchup and mayonnaise only, had lettuce, and tomatoes on it.... ruined it for the one who ordered it. my wings were half cooked, and tasted raw with blood (pic included...) my first response was the lack of sauce, but when the raw blood taste hit my mouth, discussing!
