Recently visited this Applebee’s location to pick up lunch for myself and my colleagues. Due to the lunch rush and a high volume of orders, one of the meals was prepared incorrectly—an understandable mistake. I called the store to make them aware of the issue, and they immediately offered to replace the meal at my convenience.
I coordinated everything through a manager named Haley, who, as far as I can tell, is exactly what a manager should be. Her professionalism, customer service, and overall positivity turned an otherwise frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. Although I attempted several times to return for the replacement meal, my schedule never allowed it. After about five weeks, I finally made the trip while Christmas shopping.
Haley was not on-site that day, but she had provided a way to communicate with her directly. I reached out, she informed the store, and within 15 minutes I was able to pick up a fresh order—a rack of ribs, mashed potatoes, fries, and a sweet tea. The manager on duty was also extremely understanding and professional.
I left truly impressed by the entire managerial staff and their commitment to making things right. The food was excellent, and the service exceeded expectations. Definitely worth a visit.

We were sat immediately after arriving. The waiter was very nice. The food was less than ideal. It's been many years since I've dined here. I definitely was not missing anything. The flavor was non existent

Ate dinner at Applebee's with my wife. We were greeted and seated right away. We both ordered our usual favorite medium well sirloin steak with green beans and mash potatoes. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Typical Applebee's but specifically sat at bar and smelled the stench of stall beer. Making one think or wonder if at closing they do a thorough deep clean. 🤔

Their New Orleans menu was, I'd say, exquisite. Better than New York APBS, but other than that, average.

Ordered a cold draft beer with my lunch and only got a parcel pour. The Bartender left a big head on my drink making it soo short of what i was paying for. Food was great, I would not recommend drinking draft here!! I watched this go on several times around me, and others complaining about it too

So after waiting 20 minutes to be seated, we order our food and wait for 70 minutes and still no food. 90 minutes have gone by and the waitress tells us the kitchen is slammed, they had a lot of steak orders so they couldn't put burger on yet but my Chicken sandwich was ready! Sitting under heat lamps for how long? She then tells us it will be awhile. We left and went to Wendy's. I will never eat at that Applebee's again. 2nd time I had an issue with this restaurant.
