Stopped at this place today around 3 pm and the place had customers but wasn’t busy. No hostess and. No sign to seat ourselves. No one greeted us and we waited a good while to be seated. Two waitstaff and a bartender looked our way but no one assisted. Not one word or Hello to us. After a while of just standing there we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Bad staff, bad service. Staff needs customer service training desperately I will not stop at this location ever again. One of the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to.

Worst meal I've ever had at Applebee's.In years, broccoli and cheese was burnt.The spinach artichoke dip was burnt.The steak was so tough.It could not be cut with a knife.No hands, 57 sauce.My husband's chicken tenders.We're hard as a brick and no one can't even say i'm sorry or anything And there was a dog running around the damn restaurant

Server was great! Food was ok. Chicken fingers were a little dry. But the fries sucked! Worst fries of all the restaurants I eat at! The riblets were good tho.
Food was to b ready at 7 was still waiting at 7 30 then food was colded steaks was cold . The crispy chicken was hot but steaks was very cold. It was 7 to 10 of us waiting for same or more time then me .
