I use to stop by when I was in Hickory, the cashier dropped my sandwich on the floor, picked it up and started to put it in my bag, the manager saw 👀 it as well then made her trash it. I'm glad because I was about to get my money back and cancel the order, so just watch them

My mother went here to get her dinner and I asked for one thing and one thing only.. an apple turnover and they are pastries with icing on the top usually she get home and I’m met with the image below. Where is the icing? It’s like they were salvaging the last little bit from whatever container they had

I went there today and seen the fish sandwich was back which i love , i seen the 2 for 6.99 fish sandwich and i ordered 2 and told them that i did not want tartar sauce but mayonnaise instead. I alo asked for onions and didnt tell me they charged extra for onions til after i paid. The picture beside the 2 foe 6.99 shows the fish with lettuce tomato and cheese and i get home and there is only fish and lettuce and no onions. I called the store 4 times until someone answered and she said thats the way it comes and i asked her if the picture of the fish sandwich showed all of the lettuce tomato cheese beside the 2 for 6.99 . She said that was the super deluxe fish sandwich and i got the regular fish sandwich. I asked her why does it show the big super deuxe fish sandwich beside the 2for 6.99. No response from her. MAKE THIS RIGHT OR I WILL POST THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. YOU HAVE A WEEK TO RESPONSE TO ME.

The prices are super high for the quality of food served. Employees seem like they Haye their jobs.
Had been on PB&J for several days during Hurricane Helene. Had to charge my phone so I drove to Hickory for my guilty pleasure, Arby's. Just like the taste, texture, and combo of the original sandwich with a jamocha shake. Not so much the fries though.
