Ordered Uber Eats with this Arby’s. This one is one of my favorites or was, My order arrived an hour and a half late. One of the workers would not give the drinks to my delivery driver. The meat was so thick. You couldn’t eat it and look at the pictures I have included. I cannot believe they actually let this go out the door. I am so disappointed with this Arby’s that we will not be back to this one.

Roast beef was not good at all. Fries were okay. Drink was okay. Dining area was not that clean. Floor was awful looking. No carpet or tile. Just dirty and rough looking concrete. Cashier was friendly.

Went through drive thru several days ago. Had not been to Arbys in a while, and was really looking forward to their roast beef, sliced thin and piled high. Decided to order 5 Beef and Cheddars, when we got home we were highly disappointed. The meat was sliced thicker, and taste wasn't quite up to its usual high standard. What gives??

Cashier had an attitude problem, Customer in front of me was getting out his money and she shouted at him because he didn’t get to put all of his money on the table yet.. then she slammed the money in the drawer and slammed the till shut… we waited 20 min for our food Come to find out Someone left without paying and they had their bag of food and she switched it to our bag.. 20 min for cold food… Not happy at all..

Sustainable Living

First the place is so dirty. I mean not a clean space in the place. Floors are sticky, soda machine is dirty, counters are dirty, not a single clean table. Trash cans are full. I mean absolutely dirty. Food looked like a toddler threw it together. This place was so much better before the remodel. Definitely not eating here anymore. RIP Arby's.

Ohhh boy....I will be calling the GM and filling a civil complaint against this place of business. The crew there tonight does not belong in customer service. After placing my order at the drive through Laura the cashier had the line backed up and had a terrible attitude. She kept my receipt did not attempt to correct my order and told the crew to ignore me. I had to call the police to get a report and to help get my refund. The manager never came out of the back until the police officer went in to get the GMs name and number and only then did she offer to give me my refund. Not the way I wanted to spend an hour on my Friday night. This place needs customer service trainig for all of the associates and a new shift manager for sure.

2 weeks later....still no response from the GM. Will never darken the door of this terribly managed place. Letter to the BBB on the way. What a Circus. Corporate did Nothing about this incident!!!

Do NOT recommend this place. The person who looks like a dike. Manager I’m guessing is rude as he11. I went thru the drive thru. She would t shut up long enough for me to order my food. Then whenever I asked questions she had an attitude. Then I got to the window got my food. Pulled up to check my order and there was red ranch on my sandwich that I thought I hadn’t asked for. (Mind you she kept interrupting me so maybe I didn’t say it?) I went back in and said I thought I had so no red ranch. She said we will fix it. Then when she walked to the back she said “she never said no red ranch” she he it whatever does not need to be working with the public. She’s very rude. She needs to be scrubbing dishes in the back and not working with customers. Rudest person at this Arby’s location. ?
