False advertising iF IVE EVER SEEN IT!!!It’s NOT a big deal..It’s DICKEYS, (which is also over priced)not it’s own place,The hours show only open one day a weekV and that it’s open at 3 am?And the pictures compared to what you actually get is compete and utter TRASH.DO NOT waste time, money, or food poisoning here ?♂️?♂️

First, I must say, the store itself was misleading. Had never heard of Big Deal Burger and my wife and I were on a road trip with 4 boys looking for a burger spot for dinner. On Google Maps I saw BigDeal Burger - clicked on that and the menu and corresponding pictures looked like a good option. After ordering and paying online, I noticed a reference to Dickeys and wondered if it was simply owned by same folks or was in a former Dickeys building. When we finally realized our burgers were actually at the Dickeys store location we went in to pick up our order. The store itself and workers were perfectly fine - only one couple dining in, so able to handle our order easily. This is where the issues came (because frankly being misled about BigDeal actually being Dickeys wouldn’t have mattered if the burgers were indeed a ‘big deal’ - but that was far from the truth)…- The order was not accurate. 3 of the 6 burgers were not as ordered. We didn’t make a big deal of it. Again, with an empty restaurant, I thought it would’ve been a relatively easy order, but clearly it wasn’t.- The bread was cold and almost stale tasting as if just removed from a refrigerator.- The burger patty was small (even for a child) and a bit cool.- The cheese was cold and firm like old government American cheese that wouldn’t melt at all (possibly because burger was also too cool), but instead would crumble.- The bacon was nearly nonexistent. To pay extra for that was ridiculous. We had to tear apart to determine which had bacon and the amount was so incredibly small, you almost could not tell… an amount not much bigger than a thumbnail. Note that the picture in this post includes two separate burgers.- The fries were cool and soggy, and we didn’t get our one Cajun style order.Maybe we can on an ‘off’ night, but just want to make sure you’re aware of our experience.The price-point was fine, and we ate our burgers, but seriously this was far from a burger joint.The smell of the BBQ, however, at the restaurant was wonderful by the way.

I had the absolute worst experience. Do not order from here. This burger tasted nothing but CHEAP. I should’ve saved my money and ate from the garbage. I have no idea how they make money.
