Placed an order the morning of, told them what time I’d be there to pick it up that afternoon. Arrived there to pick it up, and it hadn’t even been started. I overheard whom may have been the “manager” scolding the cook for not having my order ready, which apart of me could appreciate; however, as the potential manager, he could have came to me directly and spoke directly to me as well, followed by an apology and asked if I would’ve liked something else in place of my order not being ready & my time/gas being wasted. I also felt a little bad for the cook, because I also overheard him say how busy he had been & forgot, plus it looked like he had been the only one cooking, so I can understand if that was the case.Again, very unprofessional, nothing offered to me for not only wasting my time & gas, but not even having my order ready. Will NEVER order from this POS place again.

This place has changed it's name to Wood. The pizza was acceptable but the atmosphere is a little dark and dreary. The service, again, was acceptable but certainly nothing special. If we ever eat here again we'll just order the pizza to go.

We have been here before two times since they upgraded the restaurant We again had excellent service. Our waitress Samantha was very professional and helpful throughout our visit. The Calamari appetizer was very good. I was disappointed in that they no longer serve Pinot Grigio by the glass and that they have reduced their overall selection of wines, especially when not buying a whole bottle. I had given Wood high ratings in the past but have gone back and deleted all of them. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone and sadly we will not return in the future.

We stopped by here for a quick breakfast to Biltmore. Their food and service were impeccable. Everyone was friendly and nice. Their omelettes were delicious.

Our waitress Kimberly was fantastic! She recommended appetizers and meals to us. She didn't steer us wrong. Everything was delicious! It was our first time here and we will be back. The atmosphere is warm and inviting! Thank you Kimberly for making us feel welcome!

We arrived for lunch around 1:30. Did not feel overly welcome. Our server not very friendly. I ordered an old fashioned. The server called for someone to make drink. She brought the wine my companion ordered. She came back after with my drink. I looked at she was like what? I said this is not old fashioned. It was bourbon with an orange slice. Noting else. She said you don't want it. I said its not what I ordered. No offer for something no apology nothing. She then said we don't have bartender till 4. We left. The menu didn't look great and with her attitude I didn't want to stay. Very unprofessional. I would never go back

Saturday Breakfast. I asked what to order because the whole menu was appealing. The waitress said a regular just ordered some of menu biscuit and gravy type thing, with a side of eggs, and swore it. Good enough for me. It turned out to be a great moist yet flaky croissant. It was so good, my aunt had to order a croissant as a side after witnessing my meal. My only disappointment was that they weren't open Sunday so I could get it again the next day. The bacon was cooked but not hard, so also very agreeable.
