I have been to this place twice the service and food is always excellent. They put a unique Twist on the foods that they serve. They also have a y selection of craft beers on tap and in cans. Definitely recommend trying the pizza, tacos, and onion rings. Heck, try it all they have a great menu.

Disappointed. We visit the location in Blowing Rock all the time so decided to pop in here on a day trip to Hickory. The atmosphere is great and the covered are is huge, which was nice. The beer was great! The food and service were lacking. 2 servers walked passed us 4 times without even a “I’ll be right back” or “someone will be with you shortly.” Our fried chicken filets were really thin, the rolls were old, and the breading was very dark (oil needs changing!). $40 for 2 beers and 2 chicken sandwiches that were just not that good. Very disappointed. The BR location is much better.

Clearly this is a “members only” establishment. All systems were working properly for NON-POC that arrived before us. Before we could step 2 feet in the door “our system is down and we can’t order any food” while everyone that was seated (non-poc) had food without any issues. While leaving other non-poc were seated without any issues with there systems. How convenient.POC clearly we are so magical their systems refuse to work and we cannot be served here.

I really enjoyed my lunch. I was looking for a burger and a beer and found the perfect place to get it. I asked one of the wait staff if the bison burger was good or if it tended to be a bit on the dry side. She said absolutely not, it's delicious and explained, "we have 2 burgers. the bison is sweet and savory and the ale house burger is a bit on the spicy side." I decided on the bison, prepared medium. It was perfect! I wish we had one of these locations in our town. I'll definitely be back.

Service was great. Food was good I read the reviews before we stopped to eat and I disagree with most of them. I would stop again. Nice atmosphere as well. Try it I think you will like it.

Took my mama and sister here for a Birthday lunch for my mama. Started with some apps. Was disappointed they did not have Bison Chili on the menu but showed up on website. It is my mother's favorite especially in the winter. She ordered the Artichoke spinach dip to share with my sister. I tried some. The pita chips were delicious but the dip was not hot and bubbly. It was like a big pile of mush. I tried their soup of the day Broccoli cheddar. It was good but could have been a lot hotter. My sister and mom ordered their Fish and Chips. They loved them! I ordered their Spicy Fried Chicken sandwich it was good and fries were hot and tasty. Not sure if we will come back? Atmosphere was nice and staff friendly. Bathroom was handicapped which is very important for me with my mother.

Food not consistent with BR Brewing in Blowing Rock. Had chicken sandwich with the smallest chicken breast, on top of a bed of cabbage with vinegar on it. Onion rings very greasy and so was fish and chips .Super disappointing considering I've been to the other location several times and the food has been excellent. Server was the best thing about the experience by far.

Very nice brewery and great food. Love the stout and hubby got his ipa. Definitely want to go back. Lots of seating inside, outside and rooftop.

Beer was great, staff was great, unfortunately the pizza was dry. I think it was over-cooked, because the fresh basil was more like dried basil and the crust was like a table water cracker. Maybe it was their take on a thin crust, but it was just way too crispy and very little, if any, sauce. Again, really good beers and staff was super-friendly. Could have been an off night in the kitchen.

A great find on our way home — lovely outdoor seating area (but wind/sun protected), our server Mollie was awesome, the cloud rise ipa and blonde ale and helles were all delicious as was our Mediterranean salad, pretzels, cheese curds and onion rings. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service, delicious chicken sandwich, and really solid IPAs. Their Hickory location is a convenient stop between the mountains and the Triangle

Yeah the beer was ok, but the chicken sandwich... I can't believe how much this was the best chicken sandwich of my entire life. This was a historic moment for me!

Small menu and pricey but they have a good beer selection and the food is always good.
