Store #000497 is in need of new management. Went through drive-thru 01/03/2025 at 7:33am and ordered two chicken biscuits and two Bo rounds. I was told to pull forward and they would bring it right out. 6 cars and 11 mins later (7:44am), I walked in and got my food. Yesterday 01/02/2025 I went through the same drive-thru for lunch. Part of my order was left out of the bag and I didn't realize it until I got home. Way to start of 2025 with a bang Bojangles Viewmont.

Pulled up to drive thru window, paid, waited approx 4 min, then was told to pull over to parking space. I noticed 3 others “pulled over” I said , no thank you I’ll wait here. Then was questions as to why, I said I “pull over and then you have no reason to be quick w my order. The short teen, SLAMED the drive thru window, which was funny, finally after approx 8 min they opened window, all but threw my food in my car, and boy wonder from back wanting to be hero, said for me to leave and not return, I would t be welcome. Food order wrong, no receipt, probably so I couldn’t send time stamp code to corporate for complaint. I said see you tomorrow ?

This location didn't provide good service due to what appeared to be the person in charge putting our 2 side order of eggs on top of our gravy biscuits. Unsanitary and also got gravy on bottom of egg plates. Did not appreciate that at all. Could have just used an extra tray. Seemed like they were so rushed they didn't care.

Girl with the bun and fake eyelashes at the drive thru was being so rude and we asked for ketchup several times and she rolled her eyes at us and she never gave us ketchup. I always have a good experience with this restaurant until this rude little girl at the drive thru ruined this experience for me.

WTH is this??? These are some pigeon wings for $10?? And dried up??? I should’ve turned back and returned it but I was too far out already. Next time I will check all my contents before leaving the premise and get a refund!! Waste of $10 when I could’ve gotten decent wings elsewhere.

Apparently you can't go in and eat. Stood up front for someone to take our order and nobody even acknowledged we were there. Service was horrible .food always good.
We had dinner here the other night while passing through. Restaurant was clean, our food came out quickly and the staff was polite. Over all a good experience.
It's gotten so expensive, now we jus go there once or twice a year.

They're way better than the location on LR Blvd. I complained about the LR location to corporate years ago and they didn't reply which tells me they received other complaints about that location (cold food, miniscule portions).

I just had the best biscuit. It was not crumbs. It held together very well. This was a very good breakfast sandwich since I came here. Thank you. I was very pleased.
