I understand accidents happen, but I was getting food through the drive thru in the morning. I had handed the lady my card while she handed me my drink. I sat there and waited on my card, but about 30 seconds later I was given my food and told to have a nice day. I said I don’t think I ever got my card back, she looks around and says she’s pretty sure she gave it to me. Knowing I was never given it back I pulled around out the drive thru as to not block others and went inside. When inside they asked what was going on, I said I never got my card back from the drive thru. About a minute later the manager walked out the back, he asked what’s going on? I said when I went through the drive thru I was given my drink and food but never received my card nor receipt. He said well we don’t have it, I asked if he could check the cameras and he claimed he already did. I could feel tensions rising so I said i’ll just go call the cops, he said you go ahead and go call them. So I did, called the Hickory non emergency number. Waited about 15 minutes and I got a call from my bank, they said bojangles had found my card in the trash can. What do ya know? Hate to be a karen but I knew I never received it back and I have bills due, I can’t just be without my card because the manager won’t take a little time to review footage. The manager failed completely at his job, I don’t understand what he’s there for. Bad customer service, rude and ignorant. The employee i’m sure it was an accident but the manager shouldn’t have acted the way he did. Anyways the cops did show up as I was walking out after getting my card, said the management at this place is iffy and that was very apparent.

Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a sausage biscuit combo with a large seasoned fries and large Cheerwine biscuit was hard as rock like it had been sitting out for a while and frys where old hard shriveled up husks. Cheerwine was ok.

Best Bojangles in a 3 county ratios. Very clean and food always fresh.
No toilet paper at all in the bathroom not even a dispenser just a toilet and trash can. Sitting in the bathroom stuck wtf. No trash bag in the can either extremely neglectful for the customers who come here. I’ve ate here the food is mid at best but never come in before. First time using the restroom at this location and I’m pissed off
I have no idea why I keep going there. Over priced food for sure and very slow service. Ordered a bacon and egg biscuit; no egg but cheese and a whole 3 very small pieces of bacon for almost 5 bucks. Pride is the missing piece.
The employees are always really rude and most of the time don't even pay you any attention they just complain to their coworkers the whole time. Didn't even say hi to me or anything.

Do not come to this location!!! This was the second time I’ve order online. I go to pick it up and had to wait 30+ minutes each time. The first time after waiting I had to go inside and remind them I’m waiting outside, and the order wasn’t even made yet!! they literally fixed it right in front of me. This time on 8/14/24 they told me to pull to #1 waited 30+ minutes again went back through the drive through for them to tell me, my order couldn’t be fulfilled and they “ran out of stuff” for an order that was placed online an hour ago!! They “voided my order” and I still have yet to see the money back in my account, called up there and apparently “they have nothing they can do about it”. Horrible staff and service. Do not go to the location.

I am so disappointed with this Bojangles location. This is the second time I ordered. A 3 pcs dinner combo. The first time they shorter my meal and gave me only 2 pcs. The second time. 3 they only gave me 3 little wings. I pay for my meal so you should give me what I paid for, I'm not asking for free food. Also the dirty rice was so watery. What a frustrating day.
